I went through much the same thing as you when I first started. Often hits are so subtle that they are difficult to recognize, easy to miss. I finally started taking notes throughout my day, and then typing it up later on. While typing them up, little things would jump out at me that I would not have realized were hits at the time. Many times, during this process, I would have “wow” moments, seeing things in a more objective perspective this way.

Try not using any pheros for a week, and take notes on that. Keep a journal. This is why there are journal sections (one of which this thread happens to be in) where people can keep personal accounts of their phero experiences. You may have noticed that the journal sections are viewable only to registered members. This helps to keep them a little more private, so not just anyone can come along and read them while browsing and surfing the web.

When you have regular reports that you want feedback for, it is better to put them in the regular section where more people will see them and be more likely to share their thoughts.

Be patient, keep trying, it’ll come. there is definitely a learning curve with this stuff, but once you “get it”, you’ll know.

Instant Shine, for me, needs a higher dose. I use 1 to 3 sprays of 4x. For that product, the reason I wasn’t getting effects was because I wasn’t using enough. Have you tried Instant Openness or Instant Honesty? Those are fun to learn with, because when they’re working, it’s so obvious. With IO, people will suddenly start chatting up a storm, saying random stuff. People who don’t normally talk much will talk. With IH, people will unexpectedly tell you really personal things, sometimes things that are even a little too personal, lol.

The ultimate fun would be to use Instant Honesty on my boss, he is very reserved but like in a suave manly way if that makes sense I’ll try it, thanks!

Alpha female:
1. She acts unimpressed by your romantic gestures
An alpha female is used to men chasing her, so don’t be surprised if clich gifts like flowers and chocolate don’t impress her. Remember this: Her expectations are higher than most women’s, so you will have to be a little more original to get her attention.
2. She continues to date other men

Clearly, she doesn’t want to commit. The alpha woman always has several men on the go and likes to keep her options open.
3. She’s hard to reach

The alpha female is a busy woman, or at least she is very talented at making you believe that. She likes to have you at her beck and call and wants you to work around her schedule.

4. She insists on paying her share of the bill
If she always insists on going Dutch, she might be pulling one of her fancy alpha tricks. Why? Because if you never treat her, she’ll never owe you anything. Nada.
5. She is demanding

She continuously asks you for favors and you are eager to do them for her. Sound familiar? The alpha female is used to having men pursue her and give in to her every whim. But as tempting as it might be to jump every time she tells you to, do not allow yourself to become her puppy dog.
6. She is sarcastic and condescending to you

If she constantly talks down to you and makes rude or mocking remarks, you need to defend your honor and fight back with equally witty comments. You never know what the alpha female might say, so you always have to be “on” and ready for verbal combat.

I am learning a lot in the Women’s forum
I did not know the journal section is only viewable to the registered members and all this time when I am writing my journal, I was worry that someone might stumbled into it.

I almost given up on all the social mones, because I have not been getting much results. Now that I read your dosage I am like seeing little light of hope and getting a wee bit excited. Thanks for cheering me up
