Newbie question, I know, but I’ve been wondering. If I held the bottle close to my pulse points and sprayed, would that be better because it’s more concentrated and precise than a broad mist over?
Also, how long do social mones last, again? The store description says 6 hours, some people on this forum say 2-4 hours, etc.
And come to think of it, I read that Instant Gentleman lasts pretty long, due to the androsterone. But HOW LONG?

Actually the more body you cover the more diffusion occurs so its best to hold the bottle a 5 or 6 inches away from your application point and sweep while you spray however we tend to tell new people to just start with there pulse points.
Here are some application tips you can try once you get going
Most of the alcohol sprays last from 3 to 6 hours. We all are biologically different and live in different environments so the body may heat up more or less so its hard to pin point a exact time.
IG is said to last about 4 to 5 hours while some people find Ishine lasts 3 to 4.
Oil based like A314 can last 12 hours or better.
I find the first 3 hours with any mix are the most effective then slowly the hits become more subtle.

This brings me to a question… Thursday morning I showered after a night of wearing MX388(didn’t really scrub myself like usual) and applied 3 drops a314 and 1 spray shine4x… 8 hours later I put on 3 sprays IG 2 sprays IH and 3 sprays p130… So Friday morning before my son came I sprayed 1 spray of of shine4x without showering at ALL… later that afternoon we fell asleep and I ended up being rushed for work so was unable to shower and had some very light b.o.(two-three day old mones without a good shower) I was getting INCREDIBLE HITS from everyone so last night I showered but just really washed my hair and armpits with no application of mones at all…MORE mone like HITS at work… This could just be continued respect hits from everyone’s constant exposure to A314, but was wondering not ALL mones eventually break down to -none so WHAT do they break down to nothing or just STINKyNESS!?!?! Read something I think from Mharris about not showering and camping and getting hits from natural mones. When it comes to build up are most people referring to “watch out for”-none or do they mean all mones in general?
I’m interested in MAYBE(not too serious about it) attempting a month of “au-natural” and see what happens, but besides brushing my teeth how would a guy stay somewhat clean!?!?!
There is a thread here somewhere about natural pheromones. I can’t remember the poster’s name but he’s from Canada. He did an au natural experiment by bathing in mineral salts to kill bacteria. There are mineral salt deoderants that you can buy. They work well, but I haven’t tried the no soap thing yet.

I think I remember reading somewhere that the founder/head scientist behind AD actually started out by noticing that he would get more hits if he didn’t shower. It caused him to become interested in pheromones, and that is what started the company.. I guess that’s the advantages of pheromones from AD. You can smell good and have the mones!
Maybe, just maybe but not likely, I’d get sucked into trying some non-showering experiment to create attraction if synthetic mones didn’t exist.
Now they do and I really can’t see any point in going around smelling like a hobo when I can just be clean and choose what kind of signature i want to be putting out straight from a bottle.
