ammo the smell scent of ammo in 30 ml version bottle on the main page the f221 version, i yet to recieve it but surely it cant be tht bad i just been reading alot of ammo related thread by doing a search most people seem to have a problem with the scent tho getting hits, who cares abt the scent if the hit are coming in tht the way i see things, maybe it mite smell not tht good to us but to other it will feel and smell diffrent, i cant wait to try it, imo i rekon it will be the best pheromone product ad have ever created, tho i have yet to use it
Don’t let anybody else’s opinion affect your first impression.
What I always tell people is to remember these three simple things:
#1) We chose the scent because of its diffusion, not just the smell.
#2) It smells like detergent or soap to some people. Yes. Women like to know you are clean. You aren’t wearing it for you. If you are wearing a scented attraction product for yourself you are doing it WRONG. If you are just wearing it for yourself - you can skip the Ammo and just buy some kleenex.
#3) You can customize the fragrance if you disagree with #2, despite its clear logic.
Pheromone products smell different if you wear them by yourself or when a friend wears them !
It´s not that important how you perceive the scent … it´s important how it´s perceived by others when you wear it !
Let a friend put on a few sprays of your Ammo and you will be surprised how good it smells …

Some people love it and some people hate it. The sense of smell is funny that way and it applies to everything really. We all dont enjoy the same scents.
It smells soapy but you use soap when you shower right ? Then you apply cologne or a scent. If you dont like the scent just cover it. It will be just like that…wearing cologne after you just took a shower.

I love the smell of ammo and I get tons of compliments on it.
I’ve even had one young girl I work with, 18 years old who said she didn’t like that it smelled too chemical like. But then a few weeks later I’m wearing the exact same thing and she’s like… “Oh yeah, you got some of that smell good stuff on.”
My scent changes from FF21 to Akuto to Amen, to Parish HIlton for men, to Eternity etc.etc. So what I learned from that was it wasn’t so much just the smell, but the effects she was getting from it, and in that moment her mind IME subconsciously flashed back to the feelings she got after testing it for me a few weeks before and she is now reminded how good she felt when she smelled it.
So don’t worry so much about the scent, or the -none coming through too strong, I have not had one real complaint about how I smelled YET.
It has a little detergenty of a scent, but more like Irish Spring with a touch of Tide. Yeah if I smelled it at the cologne counter at Macy’s I’d likely say “Next!” but here’s the thing, I get a lot of compliments on it from women…a lot. I tend to get more and better compliments on Akuto to be honest but FF21 is still a VERY good scent for gaining positive attention from women. I prefer Akuto because it’s more mature imo while FF21 might be a better scent for a younger guy. But along the lines of what John said…if given your druthers, which would you prefer? A cologne that you LOVE the smell of but not many others notice or even like it? or a cologne that you personally don’t care for but gets mad attention from women?
I don’t know if I totally agree with you guys on this. There’s nothing wrongth the scent of Ammo, but if you don’t like the scent of something then you shouldn’t wear it even if someone likes it. You end up feeling self conscious everytime you smell it. I don’t wear clothes that I don’t like even if girls do. You can’t be congruent if you don’t like what you are wearing.
Again I think FF21 is a nice scent, although I do believe it’s a little light for some mixes like the UF MX pack.
Not sure what you mean - the effectiveness of cologne isn’t comparable to how clothing looks. What you are wearing doesn’t change the physics of how easily somebody can see it.
I agree you should wear what your comfortable with when it comes to scents, clothes or whatever. If your not comfortable its going to show in your body language and confidence and people will subconsciously will pick up on that far before they ever register the scent or what your wearing.
That’s the great thing about the scents used to as cover here though. Neroli and FF21 can be covered very easily. So you still have the diffusion and binding thats in the scent pack and if you happen to not care for the scent you can cover it with something your comfortable with.
The old AMMO smelled wonderful to me but there were other people who didnt care for it. The thing with that one is you couldnt really cover it. It was a cologne and a lot of members bitched about that aspect. With the new scent they solved that problem. So while I miss the old ammo scent the scent they went with makes sense.

ye reason i started this thread why do people bother abt the scent, after all we want attention, frm people, mones do tht with the right amount, like i can wear the most best scent cologne but it wont get people lookin at u or callin u out or even u makin an impact on other, where in mones regardless of the scent of the mones, the reaction will be there, mainly positive, i dont think anyone will complain abt the scent of mone as it also due to giving emotion feelin to jus the smell of the scent to others, when i get ammo, im gonna wear it like im not wearing it, i dont really care if the smell aint great, it not how it smell its how other love it and react, too many people complain abt the scent,
I can see your point about how if you feel self-conscious about it, it would show up in your own behavior. I’ve experienced that when wearing something that just didn’t fit right and I don’t know why but I’m just so uncomfortable its in the forefront of my thoughts. But I haven’t come across anything scent related ever with colognes etc, but to each his own.
I rarely if ever use a cover scent because I just get so much positive feedback with the products here, I’d hate to mess it up.
I personally love the smell of ammo, so fresh and clean, I mean who doesn’t like clean laundry smell? I have had numerous compliments from men and women, I will leave it at that
This is my own personal take on it.
Cons: The smell for me is awful. Too pungent. Old man smell. I’ve had girls aged 19 hold their noses when ive walked past them. It’s just too strong. I always associate it with an older male, approx 50 or over. It reminds me of an old college lecturer.One girl said i smell like a grannys hand bag! It doesn’t suite younger users. I’ve got two bottles of this, and won’t use it any more. I can’t tolerate the smell. It makes me too self conscious in a crowd of people. I don’t want to be the ‘cologne’ guy in the club that reeks this scent.
Pros: It works. NO doubt about it. Works better than Akuto for me.
In the UK (maybe different for the USA etc) younger users (15 -30) just don’t have this scent on them. It’s associated with nursing homes, your grandad or grandma.
