I justo ordered AMMO (world edition), IShine togo, IO togo and IH togo.
I have two questions though !
first one : Can I use pheromones with my eau de toilette which is Armani Code for Men or with my aftershave which is also a Code or with both the aftershave and the eau de toilette (usually I use both of them) ?
second one : I thought I would start by trying one spray of AMMO with one spray of IO. Is it a good way to start things off or should I try less or more ?

You can use your cologne and aftershave and pheromones at the same time.
Best way to start using mones is to use one product a time and see what it does for you. After you have gained some knowledge about the products then you can start combining then together.

I go out a LOT, have quite a large social “reseau” and have developped my skills in PUA… When it comes to relationships I don’t really have any problems. Just want to spice it all up a little bit, that’s all I am looking for…

PS : I love swimming and I have noticed that reactions I get from people around me 2-3 hours after my practices are quite different than the rest of the time. I think it is partly due to the pheromones the body releives… just a thought though.
Welcome… Sounds like you are off to a really good start. Sounds like you are looking for attraction from the females and you ordered great products to do that.
How old are you? THe reason I ask is because the younger you are, the less Ammo you will need. One spray for late teens to early 20’s, you can add one more if you are feeling like it isnt enough. I personally would add 2 shots of IS and 2 Shots of IO to start with. Use the IH if you find you have real rapport with a girl and want to build and get her to talk about deeper issues and feelings.
