As Moko says, tell us a little more about what you’d like to get out of pheromones and people will be able to advise. Although the ladies forum might not always appear as active as the mens some of the most experienced people here are found in the ladies area, so you’re in luck!
Speaking from a personal and male perspective then yes, these work! If I’m completely honest they don’t work 100% of the time for me but they work often enough, and consistently enough in the results when they do work for me to believe there is something to it.
You still have to do most of the work but as I say to everyone, they are for me the final polish that makes things better.

I guess my 1 line intro didn’t really give many details!
Well, as I said I’m 24, I’m a primary school teacher which I think is the dream job!
I’m a very outgoing person and love meeting new people and making new friends. I’m a Christian and go to an amazing church! I’m quite musical which comes in handy for church and teaching - I play guitar, mandolin, ukulele and keyboard.

I have a couple of suggestions that would help with your goals.
The first is MX300. MX300 is the womens version of A314, which is a fabulous confidence and respect mix. It is great for interviews, for work settings and really anywhere that you could use a boost of confidence and respect. I actually like A314 too, even though it is a mens product, though I do have to buffer it with Instant Honesty or Instant Shine to avoid coming off as bitchy.
