Self effects
Felt quite good and had almost no stress regarding the exam i would have in half an hour, even though it was almost sure i would do well on that one.
10.30 am : During the exam felt ok even though I wasn’t doing so well. Definitely helped prevent the panic I would normally experience if I didn’t know how to answer half the questions and definitely helped me get some marks that would be lost due to not thinking straight.
Effects on others

Chatting with a friend on the course, who is normally very stressed before an exam, which he was the moment i met him. After 5 minutes of talk with him he was calm and even made a joke, very unlike him before an exam.
11.30 am–
Although it was a mini disaster for most of us in there, people i chatted after the exam where ok.

ps. I just started using pheromones and don’t ask me why i chose the day of an exam to do my first report on Instant Shine, I just saw it leaving home and sprayed it on me. Did help though
