This morning I finally recieved my pack of liquid sunshine, which was missing MX140. (Contacted the store about that)
Well, I pulled out each one and tried to decided which I would test first. My friend decided to try out MX136, and I went for MX139 because it had the least amount of fragrance to me.
My friend put three sprays of 136, on her neck and both wrist. I put one on my neck, and decided that was it. I really didn’t notice much of a difference in mood, but I really can’t be much of a judge today because my allergies were really getting to me.
My friend said she didn’t feel much of a difference, but what really surprised me is how moody she became after putting it on. She was perfectly pleasant beforehand but after she seemed to be ready to snap my head off. She switched between cheerful to grumpy when I was with her today, and complained about how tried she was when she wasn’t snapping at me. I’m not sure it she od’d or if she was just tired. It was really strange because I thought it should be uplifting or at least not make her go on a war path with me in middle of it. Either way, I am not going to let her test that one again.
On the other side though, I had really good results with the MX139 with my nephew who I took care of for a few hours today. Now, he is normally a extremely fussy baby. My normal lenght of time able to keep him calm is about 10 to 15 minutes before he goes into scream fest. Today however, I took him and he was perfectly content with me for more then 2 hours. He sat on my lap, smiling and giggling and cooing at me. He was so happy, and when I had to burp him after eating (usually a really bad time for both of us) he seemly extremely happy and kept cooing at me.
While, he couldn’t get too close to my neck (I think it might of been a little too strong in smell), he seemed really happy to rest his head on my shoulder and laugh. Even, when I left him with his grandmother he stared after me, and kept cooing at me until I finally had to leave. My niece who also had a really good reaction too, from climbing up on lap to give me a hug to chattering away about her new toy.
Overall, I am certainly thrilled with MX 139, and will be using it on a regular basis but MX136 will be tested again on myself at a later day. I really don’t want to have another reaction like that again.
