Hey there, been a long time reader of the forums but finally decided to up and join the forums and boy am I glad to be here 
. 22 Year old male from good ol NYC, and am just back from living abroad for the past year. Decided to join the forums and get involved because I’m finally back ‘home’ but it’s completely new to me and I’m basically starting from scratch. I consider myself to be pretty outgoing but always had trouble with meeting new people, or even approaching new people for that matter, but with that I’d love to be meeting new folk in this grand city that I find myself in! So, I joined the forums in hopes of getting tips to help me in the social scene as well as learning about the use of pheroes!

Considering you are along time reader of the forums then I am sure you are familiar with the basics. And while there may have been some new MXes out there the consumer line is pretty much the same. And considering you are just getting into this for real then that is probably the best place to start.
I would recommend the following for you:
Ammo - it has enough none in it to let the ladies know you are interested but it si balanced enough you canw ear it to woork just in case there are any interesting ladies there.
IO - will help you with those intitial conversations. Again - it will not make people jump up and talk to you but if you start a conversation it can help keep it moving along.
IShine - makes people around you happy to be near you. And happy people are talkative people. And women like to feel happy when they are around guys. And they like those guys better.
I think this is a good place for you to start.
