PUA isn’t my specialty so I can’t advise you on that specifically. There are numerous good pick-up programs out there and plenty of videos, audios, etc. to help you. Hopefully another forum member who is more well-versed in these areas can’t contribute further advice.
In terms of pheromones, I would recommend Ammo, IH, and either IG or A314 (depending on your available funds). Ammo is a well-balanced product which combines sexual, social, and status in one. You want to become a “better man”. So I will tell you how to become one.
The fact that you call your self names such as “loner”, and “loser” points me to the realization that you have a lot more problems then being unable to date beautiful women. What woman in her right mind is going to want a man who thinks of himself the way you do? You will meet friendlier people in this forum then I’m going to be right now, but this is the cold hard truth.
You have self-esteem issues, and that falls under the catergory of SELF-IMAGE. That means that you don’t see yourself in a good way. Now that’s okay because not too many people do, at least you want to fix your life and are willing to read and work hard and do stuff you don’t want to do in order to eventually improve your life. That puts you in the top 25% of the world’s population, rigbt there. But, if you don’t make something out of it, then you will never be a winner, and it will be as if you never even wanted to fix your life.
The last thing I’m going to do is to tell you what you want to hear. Because you want me to tell you how to go from absolute noob to total pro with women in 2-5 days. I’d rather tell you the truth and the truth is that that’s impossible. I don’t know what your name is, Dude, but listen to me because I don’t have anything to sell you, and I don’t have any way of making money off of you, so here’s the truth: it would probably be better for you if you just decided by an act of your will that you’re not going to date anyone for 6 months to a year. During this time, you need to read all the self-improvement books you can find, NOT PICK UP WOMEN books that you can find. You need to learn about yourself as a human being. You need to grow as a person. You need to become smarter and more in touch with how the world operates.
You need to learn the truth and context of “As a Man thinks, So does he become.” You have got to understand that there is so much to YOU, that you don’t need to date anyone if you don’t want to. But right now, if someone pointed a gun to your head and said “Stop giving a flick what women think about you and about your success with women or I’'ll shoot you”, you wouldn’t be able to. You would get shot. Because you don’t know better. You don’t know about yourself, or how things work..
If you don’t give up on girls, and adopt a bigger and better cause: YOURSELF, growing as a person, then not only will women continue to avoid you, but you will live a far less valuable life then you would have otherwise lived.
I recomend “Awaken the Giant Within” by Tony Robbins. You can find it at any book store. I also recomend “As a Man Thinketh”. You can actually find that one for free online, if you do a google search.
In terms of pheromones, I recommend A314 if anything. That will help your confidence, and you need a lot of help with that.

Pheromones itself won’t make you that man you wanna be but they can be one tool in your arsenal to becoming that man. I would suggest Ammo, Instant Shine and Instant Openness.
Ammo should give you some confidence and make you more noticeable among the ladies. Shine is a feel good pheromone that uplifts mood of yours and those around you. Openness should help you to communicate and hold conversation.

Since you are in Korea, I am presuming you are primarily looking to hook up with asian girls. Consensus on the forum is that asian women/girls react better at androsterone then to androstenone. Also in general younger girls are more intimidated by a high -none signature then older (think 28+) girls. This has something to do with them not yet feeling comfortable with expressing their sexuality I think.
Ammo is more a -none product.
You might wanna give a314 and/or Instant Gentleman a try. These products are heavy in androsterone. So you will probably have a higer hitrate with these.
They will also give you more self confidence (self effect), higher your value and status (think more alpha guy).
^moko^'s advice is very good. I just wanted to add my advice about androsterone.
I suggest you give Ammo and IG a try first. A314 is top product, but also more expensive.

There’s some good advice here already. Just start thikning of yourself as the man! Stop caring as much what other people think and don’t worry about them. Just worry about yourself. I would recommend A314 as this has done wonders for self image and confidence. IO and IH can help people feel comfortable and chatty around you.

I can really only second all the good advice above. This is about a lot more than just pheros and PUA tactics.
It looks like you need to set yourself the task of working on the whole package and each part of the changes ahead will hopefully fall into place as part of a better, stronger, more confident and attractive you.

First off your question has litte to do with pheromones, read the sticky at the top of the page and follow it’s instructions so you can get a 25 dollar gift certificate toward your first purchase.
Mones won’t fix the issue but they can help, especially when making a personality transition. They help people to accept the changes in your behavior as being authentic and not you “pretending to be something you’re not”
Second, eliminate negative self talk. Every time you call yourself a loser, your brain becomes a little more convinced that it’s true and will subtly sabotage you by trying to create reasons to believe it. From now on only positive affirmations…got that? good.
Third, I don’t know what the scene is like in korea but try this. Look for as many books and video’s on pickup as you can. As for finding lair’s…google P.A.I.R PICKUP they have a feature for helping pua’s find wingmen in their area. You could also try checking to see if there’s a korean equivalent to meetup.com. it’s a site that allows you to create profile type pages for groups as opposed to individuals like myspace and facebook. You could create one for PUA’s in your area and meet a bunch of guys that are like minded. You can swap information materials, personal tips, organize guys nights out, pair off and wing for eachother etc. If nothing else you’ll expand your social circle and make some new guy friends that you might be able to network with and meet women through.
Regarding mones. for starters you want to follow the KISS philosophy..ie keep it simple stupid.
For going out try 2 drops of A314 for a high value man of status vibe
2 sprays of regular strength Ammo for a little sexuality
and either 2 sprays of instant shine
or one spray each of shine and io to help buffer and make things fun.
when…not if…but WHEN you manage to get a girl you like and want to date for a while, swap out the IO or one spray of Shine with a spray of IH and maybe a shot of TuTH when things are looking particularly promising as far as sex goes.
