Curious… why would you suspect L arginine might be in it?
L-arginine is very effective to boost nitric oxide in both sexes taken orally, for females it improved blood circulation, rendering the clitoris and the vagina more sensitive to sexual stimuli and making orgasms easier to achieve. Another study, conducted with women from all walks of life, discovered that more than 7 out of 10 reported better sexual function, in the form of increased desire, heightened clitoral stimulation, number of sexual contacts and orgasms, while at the same time they experienced decreased vaginal dryness.
I use it for years as part of my ultimate erection combo for men, and should work excellent for women too for sexual enhancement or dysfunction. 1.7g L-Arginine split in two doses (or more is ok) plus 100mg Vitacost Pine Bark Extract or any branded Pycnogenol will give you rock hard erections and is scientifically studied. Can also take 1 hr before sex. No need to cycle, can take long term.

Added to this, I also used Vitamin World Korean Ginseng 500, 2 caps, 2-3 times a day (2000-3000). Cycle 2-3 weeks on, 2 off. This has also been scientifically studied at 900mg 3x a day. The combo increased length and girth, plus desire and constant hard erections. If you use another brand with higher ginsenoside content, like 8% instead of the 2% here, you can lower the total dose to take. The Ginseng part isnt good for those with bad adrenal function.
Both Molecular weight and volatility can certainly effect its ability to be airborne and how far. So if you ever are playing around with something non volatile for example, or if you are just trying to increase the diffusion throw on an existing blend so that women for example can hit all those sexy guys like me around you, here are a few options:
Sylvamber or IsoESuper, which both contain a scent that women love (sandalwood/cedar/velvety/smoke-like fragrance - molecule 1 is made from this) , blends well with most scents, and will greatly extend the diffusion range as well as the longevity of the scent. It also extends the diffusion and longevity of the pheromone molecules at the same time. I’m finding ISOE can act as a bridge to help molecules work better together as well as some light buffering properties like a social. C16H260 by Cinnis Labs on Etsy is 35% ISOESUPER in alcohol ready for use to layer over other things you apply separately and is cheap, or they also have the ISOESUPER Super Oil concentrate you can add drops to your mixes directly or if making your own, such as using 5-10 drops per 10ml to start or 1ml per 10ml etc… Stick to under 40 drops per 10ml or 35% or you may find the mix may get too thick to squirt like a spray.
There are other ISOESUPER’s that arent as concentrated as that one so would require more to be as effective.
Hedione HC or Hedione also would work, with the HC version having far more diffusion then the standard. Hedione is a ‘signature scent’ that activates the portion of a womans brain in the limbic system, which is associated with emotions, memory and drive. It activated a specific area of the hypothalamus in women more strongly then in men. The activation pattern is typical for sexual hormone release. It turns women on.. It was able to buffer strong sexual mixes and take off their harder edge similar to Alpha Androstenol or something like Androstadienone or EST. In this part it is more neutral in its effects gender wise. I found it raised mood in everyone which is great for all but fallout inducing blends. It lowered inhibitions a bit.
I’ve used Hedione for sometime, especially once I read that is was the Magic Juice in Eau Savauge, my favorite cologne.
What is special about the HC version?
Hedione High CIS gives enhanced booster effects such as a more intense richer scent with more impact of the scent on others then the standard. Its a bit less floral and a bit more of a citrus smell then standard so they are sometimes combined for perfumery purposes. The diffusion on things its combined with is higher also due to its higher CIS content. I personally favor using ISO E for just diffusion enhancement (not sexual enhancement) as its more compatible with a wider variety of mixes, specifically the cinnis labs C16H260 for a ready to go already in alcohol version to layer, or the iso concentrate if mixing your own stuff… Its stronger then PA and other ISOEs too, and even molecule 1.
What version of Eau Savauge are you using? The 1966 original had 2% hedione, so its interesting such effects without even a large dose. In Acqua Di Gio in comparison uses around 25% total of Standard and High CIS in a 2:1 ratio (Hedione:Hedione HC). Its also high in CK One. I heard the newest 2017 ES Parfum version is more similar to the 1966 original but I only see it being sold outside USA and most wont ship due to the issues with alcohol. Most of the USA sellers have the 2012 versions.
I’ve been playing with thefragranceshop version of the 1966 ES original, its called 1024 there. I bought the 2 ounce spritz and added 1 sample oil to it as someone recommended to me. Then I decided to add 10 drops per 10ml of the Cinnis Labs ISO E to that (60 drops for 2 ounce). Since it already had the jasmin or hedione it may not even have needed that.
With their other scents such as Aventus you may have to add 3 sample oils to get the scent stronger. After a few weeks of sitting the longevity increases even without the ISOE, its probably due to them selling so fast the products arent sitting long. Its still super cheap ($10 for the 2 ounce spritz, $6 for oil samples) compared to full colognes..

I had previously thought it would only be effective during ovulation. It probably is MORE effective during ovulation but can still working during menstruation.
