Situation
Saturday, i plan to hit the gym. The production team is holding a casting session in the office. Ok, i’ll leave it to my business development colleague who knows everything about the project. 10am, preparing to leave office, wham! Texts and calls from her, a bad situation is festering. The producer, production manager and technical manager are not talking to each other, even if they do, they are almost quarreling. Hey… i can’t have that! It’ll mess up the entire project! Oh well, chanced upon Perronec’s latest post (Perronec's Research; AKA " what works best on Asian girls" - #61 by perronec) and celeb mix. I dressed up, doused myself with my own version of his recipe and left for office.

Everyone was relieved to see me in office. The situation grew better, people are at least smiling. They seem to gravitate towards me. The producer commented that i speak and behave (physically) better that before. He attributed to my intensive workouts, but hey… i just met him yesterday! Hm… i take it as a hit. after the casting is completed, i rounded up everyone and made the assistant producer to give everyone a status update. Sorted. I had a talk with the assistant producer afterwards and had her sorted. Cool, chill. Everyone’s happy again.
Darn, my scope is to develope the business and get more projects, not manage production. Really time to enforce a few house rules.
