Just got my Meo-Est today looking forward to testing this weekend as my little sister is getting married and i get to dress up all fancy again. My Meo-Est is 50 mcg per spray and will be testing it with mx292 and npa before wedding to gauge results i just put 1 spray on now and will test each day till wedding and post my results, thanks for the free gift “J” ( I am assuming Jasmin?) remember i am a guy and not good with clue’s LOL
Actually i think that the J stands for Jamie, one of the three girls in the lab. Jamie, April, and Amy. At least those are the three i’ve got notes from so far. Sorry if i missed one of you girl! Knuddel Bussi! But yeah, just wanted Jamie to get her fair due.

What was the dosage of your Meo-Est? I generally don’t see self-effects until up around the 50.0 mcg or higher range.

Have you experienced any sleep disturbances with straight MEO-EST? I ask because I occasionally suffer with insomnia and when I used 30mcg a couple of evenings ago ( with a single spray TUTH @2.5mcg), no caffeine etc)) I had the worst night’s sleep I’ve had in over a year. And no, my sleep was not disturbed by sexual dreams or activity 
, just every little thing woke me, almost as if I was hearing amplified noises throughout the night.
Yes, sort of. With Meo-Est I get bright, shimmery, and very detailed, adventurous, but not sexual, dreams. This only lasted with the first three weeks of use (I use Meo-Est almost daily). I don’t have any effects with sleep or dreaming any more. Tisha had a terrible nightmare after using Meo-Est the first time.
This is only my thoughts, but I get really bad OD reactions with any amount of Androstenone when I’m wearing Meo-Est and/or TAF. Those include anxiety attacks, muscle spasm, general feelings of being unwell, and difficulty resting. You might try Meo-Est without the TUTH (make sure you remove all traces of -none first!) and see how you do.
Since I wear Meo-Est almost every day with no problems and only see problems when I add Androstenone, I’m much more likely to blame the Androstenone as the culprit.

I have 50 mcg per spray, and yes i did dream a lot more than normal last night no problems sleeping just lots of dreams.
this morning i put on 2 sprays meo-est (100 mcg) 4 sprays of mx292 and 2 sprays of tuth, dont seem to notice any self effects, so we will see what happens today.
OK, this is overdue sorry.
so the first thing i must report is that the cold here really dampens the effect for me. When I am inside for a long time and wearing these pheros watch out 
. but when i go outside it seems to kill them off. I know its not supposed to but i had some real strong hits at the wedding and was inside all day (that report coming soon) but since winter started and it got cold i haven’t had much success ( till this weekend ) my mx292 is almost out and i see there is more in stock, but alas i can not because seeing as some ass hat tried to put a bunch of fraudulent charges on my credit card and the bank cancelled my card so the charges wouldnt go through. so here i am waiting for my new card to get here. but till i can gather my thoughts and get enough time to give a proper report of this weekend (and its not over yet ) ill let u all know that…

Now this was a fun weekend!!
I was an Usher at a wedding and was inside all day and really noticed that the pheros were much more effective than when I go in and outside all day.
That being said, what i wore:
2 sprays of Meo-Est @50 mcgs - Applied to chest and lower throat.
4 sprays of the now famous MX 292 - sides of neck.
3 drops of NPA - sides of neck
3 sprays of Cool Water - for cover.
Seeing as I was wearing a full suit i didn’t waste any on my wrists.
Self effects: I was already in a good mood for the wedding and this just amped it up! so i was feeling great, looking good, and in a great mood.
I met the grooms family and he has about 4 little sisters and they were all giving me DIHLS and i was getting DIHLS from my sisters-in-law as well. My Mother-in-law also said i smelled good. This was all in the morning at the rehersal. The Wedding took place @ 7:00 pm and there was @ last count 420 people @ the chruch that atteneded the cermony, and I sat @ least half (seeing that the only other Usher was my brother-in-law)
Everything was going good and then I noticed a hb8 blonde sitting @ the edge of the pew giving me DIHL look with her mouth gaping open and body pointed straight @ me as I was walking back up the isle to get another group of people and sit them. Now she was hot no doubt but I docked her a point for being so young she couldn’t have been more than 19 or 20, that’s too young in my book, I am sure other guys would give her a 9. So that made me stick out my chest a little further and put an extra bounce in my step. There were plenty other DIHLS as well but not that matched the blonde girl.
During the reception the afore mentioned blonde girl was dancing and managed to postion herself right in front of me and was shaking her ass way too hard!! It was kinda comical, My wife sitting right next to me said “if she shakes it any harder it’ll fall off” We had a good laugh @ that one. All in all it was a very busy day for me and my family as we were all in the wedding and we were rather tired so we called it day and went home.
On a side note. If I wasn’t married, I have no doubt that I could have picked up the blonde girl rather easily.
The next event of the weekend was a birthday party.
Same application as before and equal number of DIHLS. There is also a only 1 girl that i would consider a hottie (aside from my wife of course) and she kept sitting by me waiting for me to strike up a conversation with her which i did and i never seen a woman hang on every word i said like that before 
and i also noticed her pupils were fully dialated and it was daytime.
So very good results I could have pushed things further but have no desire to seeing as i am happily married.
