About what you wrote, the best way for you to go is ammo. It is the best all rounder of the mones. Can be used solo, but given your intro I think you should pair it with IO and Instant Shine
IO will open you and her, make you more talkative, more sociable, IS will take out that pressure and tension you may feel approching her ( it is not a magic potion though ) also I would had some IG, or even a314 for the control and stillness a cool guy needs.
About your other questions. The togos have more or less 40 sprays. And if you dont like the smell of it buy a extra empty togo bottle (costs $1) and put there your favorite cologne .
You would be definitely on the right track with ammo. It is the best phero for all round attraction without it being too in your face. Like falcos said I would also focus on the social pheromones IS, IO, IH, IG. These are all great products from the instant line and well worth getting in togo bottles as an introduction and then you can buy your favourites in the bigger bottles later.
The smell of all these pheros are great and the combination of these pheros worn together will not result in any negative experiences.

AMMO sounds like a good start. I would pair it with some socials my personal fav is CTTM2 I have gotten really good results with this combo.
But you should try one at a time first and them move on to combo’s. Most of the women I have been around have liked the smell of AMMO and all of them have like the smell of CTTM2.
Hey man for you I’d really recommend some IG and Instant Shine.
IG just makes you the man, and if you get self effects you will feel like it too. Shine will put you in a good mood and make others feel good to! It is a very attractive combo without being overly sexual. Shine might add a little bit of sexuality to the mix, but nothing like a shot of something containing androsternone will. It is a good vibe to send off to someone when you first meet them. If it starts going well for you, you can add in small amounts of TUTH to steer things in a more physical direction.
Ammo is cologne strength and a very pleasant scent. If you don’t like to wear cologne and think people might find it odd if you are wearing it, then the IG and Shine will fit you nicely as the scent dries down to next to nothing after about 15 minutes. Ammo has most of the benefits I have mentioned above, except for what shine does. The sexual side of ammo is well buffered, so its there but not overbearing. It is a great standalone product.

Come talk to me, is a in between IO an IH. rougher product but there are guys who add great results with. But if I were you I would stick with the IO, ammo and if you can add Instant shine to the equation… really great product.
