Alright, here’s my lil contribution to the new MX that everyone seems to enjoy lately.
1 spray to the neck area
1 spray to the top of head/hair
I find the scent to be very aromatic (although I do love the smell!)…so I opted to go lighter on the sprays so I don’t smell like a walking perfume factory. I think it smells great on its own so I also didn’t bother with any cover scent. I haven’t quite found my sweet spot yet, so I’m still experimenting with that too 
My testing was at work again. The self effects when I put it on were feelings of happiness and any “oh god I have to go to work” feelings dissipated into carefree excitement about the possibilities of the day/evening.
I had two different test nights.
NIGHT ONE
My first job of the evening was tearing tickets and greeting people when they first arrived. The girl I was working with seemed pretty quiet, but once we were together she became super chatty! She seemed to be relaxed and comfortable and I was wondering maybe if my MX274 was having effects on her. People were friendly, but nothing too out of the ordinary.
At the end of the night I ended up striking up a conversation with a Chinese father who was picking up his daughter from the concert. He was SO talkative – just so happy to be talking to me about this and that, and his teenage daughter and her schooling. Everyone started leaving once the concert got out and he made sure to wave and say, “Bye Gwyenevere!!” with a huge smile.
I think there were 2 hits that night - maybe?
NIGHT TWO
I was at the front again and the guy I was stationed with is normally pretty talkative, but definitely noticed it was heavy on the chattiness. I learned about family, background, work, (almost!) everything. People coming through the door were smiley and some were given wristbands. One of the guys coming through (mid twenties-ish) looks at me shyly and asks “if I wouldn’t mind” and nods to the wristband that is yet to encircle his wrist. I smile brightly exchanging eye contact and exclaim, “of course not!” and ask if it’s “too tight”. It wasn’t.
The event is heavily Korean (HUGE, and I mean HUGE Korean population in Los Angeles…second only to Seoul, the capital of Korea). I mention this because I’m also Korean. Anyyyways. Everyone is super friendly coming through, even the smokers who I have to say (as sweetly and cutely as possible) - that the theater is non smoking except for a little patio area. They don’t hate me. Hooray!
There are some really cute boys coming through – one in particular that I have a mini-crush on through the night. We exchange some heavy eye contact but I end up not saying anything (I know, I know!!)
I end up moving to the merch area and work with a new girl who opens up about every past relationship she’s ever had (and I don’t even really ask). A lot of people through the evening are kinda touchy feely…touching my arm and thanking me while addressing me by name (we wear name tags). It’s not obnoxious though, comforting almost.
They had been giving away free beer that night (my favorite Korean beer btw)…and I had been praying for extras. Lo and behold - the adorably fabulous boy with the pink hair strolls into the office with 2 in his hand. I squeal and clap my hands looking hopefully – he sees how excited I am, and we briefly exclaim how we love this beer…and he gives me his second one! Definitely a score.
So Night Two I felt definitely had more hits although I did use the same spray amount.
I’m excited to do some more testing…so more reports to come! Sorry for such a long post!!
