Welcome to the forum! I’ve seen that you already got some good stuff. Unluckily I can’t answer you well without knowing mroe about you, for example, your ethcnicity, the kind of your target, if you’re outgoing or not, if you’re fit or not, and your age.
Anyway, you bought two PPheros that are quite similar, I mean AMMO and TUTH. People here say that AMMO is wonderful, but personally I prefer TUTH.
If I may, I’d suggest you to start with a single Phero per time. You’d better to start a day with 2 sprays (1 spray of TOGO isn’t much) and rise to 3 the next day, and to 4 the day after, and so on. You’ll notice the effect. Try them separately, so you’ll learn how to use them before learnign how to combine them.

For everyday use to attract girls, AMMO will be suitable. It is well buffered compared to TUTH. TUTH is too strong for everyday use.

We usually recommend to test out one of them solo at first to find your sweet spot… start off with one spray the first try, then 2, until you find the sweet spot.
