Moning In Seattle!!!

Dark Chocolate… is my decadent desire… though ALL chocolate, including the local milk chocolate and unfortunately my beloved Dark…

I’m in 100+ degree weather down here in SoCal… I tend to eat less, all things sweet and everything else…

You’re looking fine, Astrea! What up?!

I have asthma. Anything over 80˚F is hot, especially when dry, too.

I’m not an emotional eater; usually my “crankies” are from low fuel. I usually eat MORE dairy in hot weather – ice cold milk and yogurt (in or out of smoothies) and yogurt sauces and cottage cheese-dip for veggies, YUM!

OOOH, New Seasons and Whole Foods both have frozen mango puree pushpops! AWESOME.

Why, thanx Alpha :stuck_out_tongue: just the space vixen in me coming out to play. And as the Immortal Barbarella said: A great many dramatic situations begin with screaming.

I’m playing with a new persona based on a more ‘realistic’ or maybe ‘reality based’ Barbarella. JK!!!:smiley: The best thing is I’m basking in the beautiful sunshine we’re having up here. Warm enough to still wear short sleeves! Happy, is the short answer, Alpha. :stuck_out_tongue:

How’re you doing, Sunshine??

No, no; :open_mouth: I wasn’t saying it wasn’t hot for the people from these climates. I was giggling at the concept that this kind of hot is any deterrent of dairy for me.

I was pointing out (badly) that we were possibly the only 2 in a huge number of people that don’t have the culturally expected emotional attachment to food.

I miss frozen mango because I can’t eat it. I saw those pops in Whole Foods . . . :frowning:

What about… CHEESECAKE? :stuck_out_tongue: chuckles

 I’ll concede partially. If it’s a baked cheesecake, depending on how hungry I am, has a good chance of being a cranky killer.

Homemade pie, probably. I’m not really into cheesecake, or cake. Double Bergamot Earl Grey with a splash of whole milk or a fruit (such as coconut or mango) Popsicle–you try being cranky when having to carefully sip hot tea (sensitive mouth) or tentatively nibble frozen food (so as not to freeze my teeth).

I used to throw plastic plates, cups and bowls at the kitchen walls. You can’t stay cranky while dodging the plasticware bouncing off the walls . . .

IT’S BEAUTIFUL IN SEATTLE RIGHT NOW! Awesome weather, clear conditions, and September. Life’s good. Meeting a friend downtown, decide to take the camera because the weather’s so good and there’s all sorts of details on sidewalks, buildings, around trees and on manhole covers. No kidding. These are artistic touches that make the fine details of decorating a city. I love it. And there is a purpose to the project. Not telling right now.

3 x P86; 1 x spray to the back of each hand; 1 x spray to the base of my throat.

4 x IO; 1 x spray to each forearm and smeared the length; 1 x spray to each side, under my jaw.

Self effects: I smile when I smell the back of my hand; and we all know how happy I am with IO. And I was treating myself. Again. Started feeling enthusiastic and inspired for the project again.

Outside temp: 78 - 80F; 76% humidity.

Sunny, beautiful day and waiting for C has me taking some photos of building details and metal work. For the most part, some random contact with people curious as to the specifics of the photos; all were, benevolently smiley at me. And chatty (no kidding ).

C is late from work and when we finally catch up, lots of ‘happy to see you’s’. I’d like to think that they were all unassisted; but that would be Narcissistic. Not too badly, but still.

There was a couple of guys standing/sitting next to us (approx 4 feet) and they attempted a conversation. We haven’t seen each other for a minute, and guys rate very low on our conversation interest scale. 2 artists have better things to talk about. We had lots of laughs, fun conversations and a couple of serious ones. Today was another mones just sliding me so blissfully through the day. C and I had a fun, good day. What more could I ask for?:stuck_out_tongue::cool:

Just went shopping with a roommate. He’s newer than I. Experimenting on him.

3 x IS/B; 2 x sprays to the chest; 1 x spray smeared between the wrists.

3 x MX397; 1 x spray to the throat; 1 x spray to each wrist.

2 x spray IS; 1 x spray to the back of each hand.

Self effects: I’m feeling good, up and smiley; but on the quiet end of happy.

Outside temp: 78F; 83% humidity. Substantial cloud cover and a steady breeze makes today somewhat duller and cooler. I didn’t, but today could have been a long sleeve day without being overdressed.

Newish roommate has been a good gauge of reactions to mones. J needed to go shopping and offered me a ride. Previous roommates have been intimidated by 3 x IS/B; this guys isn’t.
He’s friendly, today he scared the crap out of me twice in the grocery store; startling me and a couple (guy and a girl) of punk shoppers by default - I laughed. They held off laughing until I laughed. Prior to that, they and I were standing in the same space and smiling with good eye contact with both. Calling it a hit.
Not so much the respect vibe from J with the MX 397. We had fun and light laughter while we were shopping in the same spots. He put his hand on my shoulder when he scared me, both times. I let it ride.

The closing night manager was very friendly and had a minor conversation about the hideous music the boss tortures the staff and customers with. Lots of big smiles and eye contact and looking away. Calling it a hit.

One of the staff (female) was working where I was looking; she smiled asked if I needed help - not unusual. When I was on the way out and getting in line; she stopped me and told me she would open a register to serve me. Unusual. Counting that as a hit.

I’m noticing a general upswing in the quality of ‘incidental interactions’, if that makes sense. When I look at people standing in my proximity; they’re looking and smiling and generally open communication with civilized pleasantries. I like it a lot.

Nobody today seemed intimidated by the 3+3 IS/B and MX397; as a matter of fact; the general public seemed more friendly, but mellow about it. I want to see if the mellow was IShine. I’m gonna try this 3+3 with IO, IH and a couple of the P’s I have.

Obviously there are NO MEN in rural Hawaii (like no shit sherlock), but wtf with like 2 seconds in Seattle? Mayhaps I need to relocate…but damn its so gloomy ugh!!!

Methinks that “PP” (you know Astrea, the hot young airline pilot night, lol) might need a good retesting, haven;t used it since but I think that is some seriously good sh*t.

Went downtown for a meeting with a male. Mid to late 30’s, Guamanian, big, with some extra padding. He’s a junior exec. Not something I was looking forward to.

I applied the following in the elevator. :stuck_out_tongue:

3 x P103; 1 x spray to the back of each hand; 1 x spray smeared between both wrists.

3 x MX397; 1 x spray to the throat; 1 x spray on each forearm.

Self effects: I just start smiling. I’m feeling good, happy, calm and confident.

Outside temp: 63F; approx 60% humidity. Mainly overcast with a light breeze. Cloud cover to high to provide any heat. By Seattle standards, not raining therefore a nice day.

He seemed kind of serious at first, but as we’re talking he lightens up; he’s got good eye contact; but I’d expect him to, in his position. We talk and he’s offering me humor, respect and courtesy. I was hoping to be taken seriously; and got so much more. By the end of the meeting we’re laughing about the idiocy of the masses and there seems to be some camaraderie. I’m calling it a hit; I normally don’t get a positive response from males in suits.

Waited for J to get downtown and called Kort, she’s moved and decided to come out to hang out.

J gets there and is a little subdued in the beginning. I show him a store he needs for later and he’s happy. I buy something and the owner and one of the employees make happy smallish talk. This is unusual; normally these people are standoffish; and I’ve been coming here for years. Today, they’re happy to smile, make eye contact, laugh at my quips (ok, quip), and actually interact with me. Calling it a hit.

When Kort joins us, the mood lifts some more. I’ve maintained smiley without any care. I’m just not attached to any particular plan. Yes, P103 the I just don’t give a fuck, mone. Hanging with Kort of course, is both fun and a joy. She’s still one of the best people I know. Spend a couple of hours with her and then go home.

All the interactions I had with strangers were smiley, good eye contact and pleasant. I like this combination. 3 + 3. I like how versatile MX397 seems to be so far.

EDITED TO ADD: I also bought a pair of ankle boots that were on sale! Without overthinking the money bit! They were half price, I have no winter appropriate shoes; and just spent the money! Unheard of since my situation’s not spending conducive. I also bought a pair of silver earrings - I’ve lost an 18ct earring and had my 14ct earrings stolen. They were under $5, but still, normally I would look, want, sigh and move on.

Anytime, hon, anytime. :stuck_out_tongue::smiley:

Lol, Astrea you are so awesome, in so many ways!!

Extremely stressful day yesterday. My head was left spinning after about 3 hours on the phone to various places. Extremely discombobulated; uncomfortable and at a loss.

3 x sprays P103 to my neck and throat.

Self effects: I’m very upset, but start to even out in the truck. I’m smiling after about half an hour.

Outside temp: 67F; 77% humidity. Mostly cloudy, light, occasional breeze. Long sleeve weather.

Go to the Dollar store just to amuse myself and to get out of the house. Looking at all the Halloween things - it’s still a novelty to me; and my friend Karen just loves this celebration. I amuse myself with deciding which decorations she would like. This puts me in a light mood. I get an amazing hit from a 1 year old. She’s in the baby seat of a cart and her mother is looking at something beside me. When I look to see who I can feel staring, I see this baby girl just staring at me. She gives me a big grin, raises both arms in the air and says hello. So cute, she completely disarmed my residual upset. Her mother turned around and saw the demonstration; looks at the baby, then me and bursts out laughing. I’m calling that the best hit of the week. Hilarious.

In the supermarket; a dad and his baby boy - approx 2 years old, do almost the exact same thing. Except the dad has his back to me, arranging something in his cart and the kid is going off with a frown and loud voice. I want something from the shelves beside them, and as I’m choosing, it just goes quiet. I turn around and the baby is just staring at me with his mouth open. His dad looks at him, turns, see me, looks at his boy and chuckles. As he moves off the kid is still staring and the dad smiles at me and walks on. Hysterical. If only grown guys responded that way.

J was light in mood, but grounded. He’s a dad too, and that made him laugh.

I like P103. Another one that just eases the situation, then lightens it. It evens me out in the high stress reaction, which is great. Doesn’t give that immediate flip that IO does for me; but that can be useful in itself. A less extreme reaction for different situations. Thanx for that.

Went to spend some time with C. We are doing the Sunday thing at the moment. Wanted to keep it carefree and happy.

3 x P103; 1 x spray to the back of each hand; 1 x spray to my throat.

3 x P86; 1 x spray to the back of each hand; 1 x spray to my throat.

Self effects: **I sprayed my hand right under my nose so I got a first hand noseful of both of these P’s. I start smiling. I’m running late and C and I have a funny and light text conversation. Not usually a favorite when I’m meeting the person.

Outside temp: 65F; 83% humidity; Overcast, light ‘rain’ and cool wind.

I’m in a lovely mood. The descriptive is chosen deliberately. Normally, if I’m going to meet someone; a pre-meet text conversation is the most irritating thing to me. I prefer to wait or call to have the conversation - since that was the plan anyway. But today, I have a fun and funny text conversation with C that makes me giggle out loud on the bus. I’m wearing baggy, saggy boys jeans, a long sleeve T shirt and my short hoodie. And the new boots; looking at my boots is particularly pleasing at this time - P86?

We meet and decide to go eat; she’s looking good - P86, possibly?
She’s telling me I’m looking good - P86, possibly? We have a little mutual admiration session. An even better mood ensues. We’re laughing and talking while we go to this downtown mall to the food court.

The rest of the afternoon is filled with happy conversation, jokes and laughter. Some serious conversation but nothing to bring the mood down. We didn’t really interact with anyone else, we were just having a really chill afternoon enjoying each others’ company.

Have to say I like this combo. I may even try 4 sprays of each.

Are you looking for an IO alternative in P103? Looking similar in their self effects in you…

Oh, btw, those are some fine looking ankle boots!

Hey, Alpha; nice of you to notice - boots, I mean. No, I’m just trying all the things that I’ve acquired.
P103 is not an alternative to IO for me; a pretty decent backup, more like. I love IO and I don’t get quite the same feeling from anything else - so far.
I also have P102; but I wanted to get a handle on the P103; since I’ve seen it called various things like ‘I don’t give a fuck’ in a bottle. Others have said things along the lines of being able to drop their baggage - which is pretty extreme and says more about them (of course!) and their readiness blah blah blah.

I like it because it’s a sneaky molecule. It makes me smile and while I’m smiling I’m starting to turn my thinking - which doesn’t happen with IO. P103 lets me spend money that I really should, but don’t necessarily feel comfortable spending - with the situation as it is. But it’s not something I want to wear all the time, with that result.

Just from the financially draining facet of P103… I could see your reluctance to make it a staple…
I believe I have P103 and will have to dig up any testing I’ve done with it…

Please do, I’d love to read your take on it.

EDITED TO ADD: Maybe this is my dis-inhibitor need? Money is about the only thing that I’m feeling insecure about, at this point in time. I’m pretty happy where I am in my head, and stuff. The inhibitions I do have are all about and around money. Dis-inhibitor. Looks like that’s exactly what happened, after all.
