The reason I am bringing this up today is I spilled half a bottle of my MX101 that I had stashed for future use while transferring to a to-go bottle and I was thinking what else could replace that. Nothing came to mind…
Having tried many new mixes in the past year or two I am yet to find a mix/product that is as consistent and effective as MX101/Pheroproof for attraction.
Not to say that the current mixes which are getting a lot of good reviews and working for so many users are not good, but for me they still haven’t exceeded what MX101 has done or shown the potential in attraction department.
Current mixes might do other things better though, as recently I have noticed that the mix developers take a slightly different approach than people used to have in the past and they are going for more symphonic and natural feeling results. The approach in MX101 was to simply produce intense attraction from women and intense camaraderie with men, natural feeling or not!
Most of the modern mixes contain a wider array of newer pheromones which were not discovered when MX101 came out, and although having these pheromones add new dimensions to the mix, it doesn’t mean that the final product will do the job better.
The point of this rant being that Androtics needs to re-release MX101. I understand that Androtics wants to compensate Futurist fairly (and I agree that’s a very honorable decision even though Futurist has released the formula) but really how hard is it to keep track of how many bottles of MX101 are sold and then compensate Futurist accordingly as decided in the future.
Ammo scent (the old cover of Pheroproof) is no more but the current FF20-22 scents show promise. Release it in any scent, change the MX number and let us know that it is Pheroproof. It’s NOT an experimental mix any more, no matter you change the scent or not. It has proved itself time and time again for many users multiple times. So there is no need to do a blind MX test with this.
I have about a half bottle of PheroProof I use only for special occasions. Killer shit although probably not a good choice for younger users due to the high androstenone content (7.5mcg per spray). Mine uses the original Ammo scent, almost identical to Nautica Competition. After a couple hours the scent fades so much the androstenone is starting to show and you need a cologne refresh to maintain cover. A zap of Competition puts you back in business.
As much as I like Pheroproof, I’ve had about as much success with 1 part NPA mixed with 5 parts cologne, with a couple zaps of alpha nol and TAA to mellow and tame it. Also, MX292 yielded a similar vibe, albeit the cologne component is terrible (sour lemons).
There is 6.25 mcg of -none out of a total of 34.375 mcg of pheromones per spray. I still about 1 and a half bottle left and I realize that there are many people out there who would like to try it. I am not sharing mine, but Androtics can ofcourse start it’s production again.
I’ve heard nothing but great things about this product, and I’d love to give it a try. With the seemingly endless supply of experimental mixes floating around I can’t see how one more would hurt. It would be really great if the fine folks at androtics could figure out an easy way to both pay Futurist and at the same time release this product in a timely manner.
As I understand it Androtics always knew the formula as they helped him to develop it… I believe he released the rights for Androtics to sell MX101 again.
Yeah I remember reading mharris saying that a while back, also I rembember him talking about wanting to set up a function in the cart system where it will automatically send him his royalties every time someone buys a bottle. It’s a shame they can’t do what nbully suggested and keep track of how many bottles are sold and send the guy a check at the end of the month. Although I suppose there’s probably legal ramifications I am completely oblivious to that would prevent such a thing.
I guess I am the only person to have tried my mix and MX101.
The difference that I have seen is that MX101 is direct, blunt, aggressively obvious. My mix as R1 (I don’t know which MX corresponds to R1) was designed to be more direct and aggressive than R0 (the original formula) and R0x was a refinement of R0. The batch of R1 that I have is scented with 10% Akuto, which is simply too strong to deal with at the doses needed for the designed results. But R0x could be MX331, and it’s based heavily on a molecule that isn’t direct, aggressive and obvious. This molecule makes the whole mix much more subtle, which was the goal: instead of being an aggressive and too-direct arousal, I wanted it to create arousal and attraction that was more comfortable for her specifically so that things could more easily keep going, once they started, beyond the first encounter. MX101 is direct, aggressive, and quite blunt in what it says.
As to which is better… well, MX101 is certainly easier to use and see the effects of, in short exposures. But given longer exposures and use in the circumstances it was designed for, PS-R0x will get you not just attraction and arousal, but probably start a relationship, too. I haven’t used MX101 enough to know it well, beyond saying that.
