The lovely talented and generous April sent me a To Go of MX103 awhile back. I was really happy about it because of all the great reports it has and just never remembered to put it on an order.
Product name,scent and strength
MX103 is unfragranced which means you can smell the stink. It’s a wonderful tangy aroma with tones ranging from sweaty socks to baby burps, quite understated and easily covered once dry though so no problems there.
Application dosage and locations
I used from 2 to 4 sprays and finally settled on 3 - one to each forearm (short sleeves) and one to throat.
Enviroment tested in.
Small town retail store selling camping and fishing supplies to small town people from various walks of life. ![]()
Self effects.
Surprisingly low…probably because I’m fairly used to A314 and IG and may have been expecting this to be more obvious.
Effects to others
In terms of a sales environment I didn’t like this as much as A314. A314 is quite a bit easier to build customer rapport with. I know I’ve talked in the past about A314 being a little standoffish…it’s a big improvement over this older rendition.
Respect wise this stuff is faster and maybe more powerful than A314 probably because of the diffusion. The most obvious example was a young man who came in with a complaint from his teenaged brother about a product. He came in with a chip on his shoulder and left with more of the perfectly good product, a lighter wallet, and some words of wisdom for his bratty little brother…not all MX103 but a solid 10% at least.
As far as lady customers go this seemed to be more inconsistant than A314 but when the eyes started batting and coy looks started coming they were more obvious than A314…I used AMMO with it a couple of times and that seemed to smooth it out.
Duration of effects.
4 -6 hours with the last two feeling like the socials had burnt out leaving the masculine components to carry on without much to smile about.
Effects from mixing with other products.
AMMO seemed to generate a better feeling with women than MX103 alone.
Range
Time exposure.
It seemed to take a little longer to get into someones “zone” with this than A314 but I think it’s more because A314 has undergone so much improvement since this came out.
Overall I was a little disappointed with my first taste of an alcohol based A314 variant…the oil based one just seems better overall but I like the oil based Raw Power better than TUTH too so it could just be me.
