Chirimoya,
the reason for your reaction may be the tiny amounts of Androstenone that may be in MX134 - I would assume that this product, being a female variation of A314, would still need a little Androstenone for a ‘respect’ backbone. There has been some talk on the forum of the male alcohol spray variations of A314, MX172 and MX102 for example, causing some mildly negative reactions and Androstenone-like tension. It isn’t a big issue for me but definitely does happen IMHO because some people are just very sensitive to minute amounts of Androstenone. I have felt quite aggressive myself at times when applying standard amounts of MX102 or MX172 twice-a-day everyday at work.Basically the minute amounts of Androstenone in the formula may be a problem occassionally because of fast diffusion in an alcohol spray format as opposed to oil-based A314. Here are some threads dealing with this issue:
Sunny:
“…I am ususally most successful with a maximum of 2 sprays of MX172 (from the big bottle). When I recently had a long meeting with a superior, I got the impression that I ODed for the first time with just 2 spays. He reacted negatively (not trusting, protective) as if I was wearing **androstenone (Turn Up the Heat – Sensual Pheromone Spray Cologne for Men - Alpha A314). **Fortunately I had an other meeting with him, this time only using one spray of MX172 and 5 sprays of Instant Honesty double strength. Things improved dramatically into a direction of bonding and friendship. Fascinating!..”

"Visionary, I agree.
I used to be a big fan of oil based products, until recently, when I realized that the alcohol based spray gives much more ‘edge’ to A314.
But my concerns are the same: You need to reapply much more and since the andorostenone sticks to the skin, this will add up quicker than with the oil version.
What we need is a second “refresher” bottle with a different formula, with less of the longer lasting pheromones!"
