I have got his a free gift and can find no post on it so will try it tomorrow.
I have deep tissue massage (male) in the morning and MRI scan in the afternoon so will be interesting to see what effects it has.

Ok did my test today.
First test was in morning for deep tissue massage.
Second test was for MRI scan in afternoon.
Two sprays before leaving and i am to the train for short journey.
Self effects, got a little heady after sprays but not unexpected as new mix, could not put my finger on any changes in mood, maybe a slight change in perception, that wide eyed feeling i can get. Arrived a station as not regular train goer i went up to ticket booth que, no one in the que but one being served. Just as she finishes as young woman walks from ticket machine and in front of me to the ticket both window. The woman behind window points to me as being first, the young woman says something and she serves her, normally would say something and felt my self starting to, but they felt “what the heck i am in no rush”, so just waited and got ticket. It was more expensive then normal and for only 1 stop £8.60, but again “on who cares”.
No reaction from those on train, but only one stop.
Arrived early for massage so took a walk in park near by, i was feeling very chilled and without a care in the world.
When got to massage i was calm. no hint of SA, exchange pleasantries and necessary detail for massage. I was not talkative but then again not un-talkative if spoken to. The fellow tried a little to talk but soon fell silent except for questions on massage. Now deep tissue massage is not relaxing and pain is involved, but again just chilled and going with the flow.
After i decided to walk home, about 2 or 3 miles, as what the heck i am in no rush and day is nice. I am in world of my own and the world is passing by.
Back home, have something to eat and hot bath.
Second test.
Three sprays before leaving about 3.15, again that slight heady feeling and change in perception. Once again that chilled, who cares feeling. “A nuclear bomb being drop on us today, who cares let me lie down and watch the show.”
Got to reception and sat down for wait as was 40 min early, they are running late as well but who cares i will watch the world go by. 4pm and starting to feel tired, just want to lie down on seats and have nap.
Can see no effects on others, but then so chilled and feeling tired so am not sure could see them if there.
Woman come to collect me for MRI, she in 20’s overweight and not the outgoing type. She explained the scanner had broke down which why running late. I carried on the conversation on with her, and she responded even this did seem something she would normally do. It was 5 min walk to next waiting area where she explained what would happen next. No feeling of SA in carrying on conversation that i would normally get.
Once she had gone a gave my self another spray.
Five minute later a woman came in from outside (mobile scanner) and checked i was next and that it be about 15 min, she was smiley and friendly, before going to get water for her water container. On way back she once again reassured me it would not be long.
Fifteen minutes later first woman arrived with next patient and noted i was still waiting, she went to scanner to hand other patient details and on way back called me out to get my scan, she checked i was ok and was nice.
Not sure if you know what MRI scan involves but it is noises and claustrophobic. I have had them before so know what to expect but still i can get claustrophobic.
Again when dealing with the female operators i was not chatty but not silent and had no feelings of SA, they were smiley and friendly.
Now i have trick for MRI scan and that is close my eyes before going into scanner and not to open them till i come out, works a treat.
Once in scanner i felt very relaxed, no anxiety or claustrophobia, breathing slow and shallow and very calm. The scan takes 25 min and at a couple of points i felt i was falling asleep.
Once out the woman where again chatty and friendly and commented on how still i had been in the scanner.
This seems a mix that just leaves me so chilled and laid back i am liable to fall over. Other people seem to respond by being friendly smiley but not overly chatty, almost respecting that i lead the to chat or not to chat.
Also i seen the length of this post started at about 5.45 and its long for me, think the MX291 has something to do with this as well.
Think i am going to go for nap ![]()
Cool… sounds like a pretty chill mix man
Have posted results of using MX291 in some mixs with good results in my journal, see sig for link.
