Ok time to start a journal proper.
I am 46, white medium build, not bad looking. I do suffer with social anxiety which has been bad for a few years but after lot of hard work and getting better. I am not a wall flower and have strong character and have been told can be abit intimidating, that said children warm to me very quick and don’t see me as intimidating.

I am going to start with what i am currently trying which is MX291.
Wednesday i tried it in a mix, it was few day ago but have been busy so will try and remember all details:

Self effects.
Felt good, calm and confident but nothing off the scale or any heady phero rush.
Effects to others
Arrived at pub just near the end of footy, arsenal losing in cup, shame 
am spurs fan and for those that don’t know they are big rivals. As entered pub very drunk was saying goodbye to couple of mates. I see my fav spot near end of bar is free, like this as is near exit hatch and till so barmaid pass me often.
My fav barmaid is there, one who give lots of smiles and eye contact, she had her daughter about 5/6 (live in pub) in her arms but still serves me. Serves a slightly split pint and jokinly blames daughter, i tease her about this and we have a laugh, Returns with change which daughter gives me with big smile from her and mum.
Drunk returns and i find he sitting next to me, he is unhappy about the arsenal loosing, shame, and keeps trying to chat to me, then apologizing for doing so. I don’t blank him but am polite and say just enough not to be rude even though he is drunk. He ask what team i support and when i tell him spurs, he then goes on to tell me what a great team they and that will win the league, most unlike an arsenal fan.
He is still apologizing for being drunk and talking to me.
I get smiles and eye contact with both barmaids, along with knowing looks about drunk.
Drunk need a light for his smoke so borrows a light form barmaid and lights it before going outside (no smoking inside).
Take opportunity to 1 spray P83 on inside of wrists.
That barmaid goes and fav one arrives and is walking behind the bar looking lost. I catch her eye and tell her she looks lost, me open the barmaid that is not usual! She tell me she can smell cigarette smoke and i explain why. She is very relaxed and smily and most of the night seems to walk through hatch close to me.
Drunk comes back and get ready to go when 3 young women, early 20’s come in. One of then knows the drunk and they are out celebrating a birthday. Two stand other side of drunk and the one who knows him in front of him so is about 3 ft from me.
She is confident and starts to tease and wind the drunk a little who thinks he is in with a chance, he is more my age. She starts preening herself and looking in mirror and catching my eye.
She is winding drunk up and tries to included me in the wind up by supporting her story, i engage in none committed way. She then tries ot get drunk to help her give friend the bumps, he does but keeps ask the girls if ok so they end up not giving her the bumps. The women again tries to included me in conversation this time about how sill the drunk was. I just tell her was being polite.
Two other women leave to go for a smoke. Women still winding drunk up who really thinks he is in with a chance, she is also catching my eye and i smile in return also laughing at he winding up the drunk. She then tells the drunk i laughing at him, he does not care and again apologize for himself. I give her a knowing look as if to say, have to better then that girl.
They both go out for a smoke, only drunk comes back. I finished pint and as do fav barmaid checks if want another, i don’t and tell i leaving, she looks disappointed and i tell her i will be in next night.
Duration of effects.
In pub for about 1 1/2 - 2hrs, still good couple hours later when went ot bed.
Effects from mixing with other products.
MX291 is very calming and chills me out a lot, which is good as i suffer with social anxiety. It worked well with other phero in mix, the TAL and A1 making the ladies feel at ease, the ammo added that touch of sex which the young women responded to well, P75 gave me confidence that worked well with the chilled aspect of MX291. P83 is fine and as feeling good does not up my social anxiety, would also say this is what pushed the young women to be a bit more forward.

Self effects.
Again the calm but confident feeling, looking for ward forward to the night. As got close to pub begun to feel little anxiety as knew TG would be there but have started to think she not interested, anxiety easily pushed to back and thinking who cares if she not interested, will not bother even looking at her as maybe my fav barmaid will be serving. Walk in pub (9.45) confidently and my usual spot is free, TG in her usual seat with friend about 8ft away but i am not looking at her. Just not worried either way.
Effects to others
Fav barmaid serves me with big smile and greeting. Woman, in forties dark skinned, around corner of bar with boy friend keeps glancing at me. Been there less then 10min and karaoke competition is about to start, am asked by organiser to be a judge, just have to pick my best three. That has never happened before, in fact never spoken or had any interaction from this guy in late forties before.
Can’t remember why but TG was not able to sit in her seat so is sitting on edge of table about 5ft from, seems she is avoiding looking at me, no worries though, Her friend then also cannot sit in seat but she stand slightly behind me under speaker, we share a smile and laugh about this as she has to crouch to do so, she then stands directly behind me for few minutes. Soon their seats are free so they return.
Landlords mum stands behind on other side bar in access hatch, after few minutes she touches me on the should and asked about the judging, we share a laugh about one singer.
Dark skinned women has had argument with boy friend and is decamping to spare stool about 2 ft from me. This women for rest of night makes lot accidental touches and brushes up against me. More on her later. She make up with bf and he come over with friends, one of who as strange look fellow starts talking to me.
As i am judging i am getting free beers so need the loo, at which point i apply 12.5mcg P83 to back of neck about 11.30pm As i return and sit down TG comes to bar and stands behind me, she could have squeezed in front where most would people would have as being served would have been quicker. She less then 2ft from fresh spray of P83 and where i applied TAL and instant gentleman. I felt some very slight accidental touching, not enough to apologise but just enough to know she was there, not done this before. She returns to seat without looking at me.
Fav barmaid walks passed back behind bar as she does so she runs her hand over my upper arm shoulder to attract my attention, as i turn to face her behind the bar she asks with big smile if judge (me) is ok, we share a laugh about it. Later she again gets my attention by rest hand on upper arm to tell me who she thought should win, she had never touched me before.
A guy who is friends who landlords mum friend starts chatting to me about how good one singer was, he has never talked with me before.
Now things with the dark skinned woman are hotting up though not with me, her and her bf are getting drunk and very.. well lets just say carried away, So much she move a chair behind me where she sits astride the bf. Although most of pub can’t see them, TG her friend and landlords mum who sitting together can and and i am getting lot of eye contact and knowing look from them, even TG who has avoided all eye contact with me so far.
Landlord is to my left and behind bar, he starts commenting on the two and we chat about them and that they need a for hosing down, he had not talk to me before but does say hello.
I am thinking my pheros have gotten to this dark skinned woman as he has been accidentally touching me all night but is taking her feelings out on bf in big way. Never seen her do this before when in pub with bf.
The pub is closing as it after 2am, with all the free beers i am wobbling a bit but have had a good night, have had lot more people open me then normal, ladies seem very happy and comfortable around with some showing sexual interest. Both barmaids have been friendly with chats and lots smiles especially fav barmaid who i should really make my TG as other TG is hard work to read and is probably not interested. Even though have not written about did seem to be getting more eye contact from ladies in general.
I have remained chilled even with P83 which can push SA is feeling it, i thinking it is also chilling out others as well and when the instant openness is added guys are more chatty, with the TAL and A1 the ladies are feeling good, the P83 seems to have pushed these feeling especially in the dark skinned woman and fav barmaid along to a physical level.
Was in pub from 9.45pm to 2.15am
Was a very good night and went home happy, even though i was judge and so bit of center of attention, for me anyway, my SA was not an issue.
Will be trying this again tonight, sunday, as is karaoke again and see if can get similar results.
Tried the afore mentioned mix but with about spray and half of MX292. I had been tired all day bit was going to see how it went as was same venue and again karaoke night.
Not such as good night, fav barmaid responded well with lots of eye contact and number of opens which got better when could get to me usual spot. Think my being tired and not sparky dimmed effect.

Dance night, **2 lessons and freestyle, gets very hot and sweaty which is why i applied to arms and hair. Lot of women, class rotates so get exposure to lot of them. Did half of beginner class and all intermediate and freestyle.
Self effects.
Felt very good and confident, did not expect this level of confidence, had buzzy energetic feeling. Really got into dancing and moves flowed well especially after adding P83. Was in fun mood and laughed a lot, also teased TG a lot which is good as she is HV really need to do this to get me relaxed and add to my value.
Effects to others
The aim of mix was to get women very relaxed and comfortable with me, ammo was really just to balance TAL. Well it seems that it worked a treat 
In first class i noticed lot of preening, neck touching and hair playing, i was opened by loads of the women and what was noticeable was that a number of women who did so had never spoken or opened me before.
Added the P83 after first lesson and short free style, which was my first exposure to TG. I teased her about her having cold last week and spreading germs, got the reaction i wanted but she was also chilled and laughed about it. Standing behind her watching demo for intermediate lesson she was touching herself on neck and back of bare shoulders, also seemed to be fidgeting. She was standing next to a guy in late 20s she knows well but instead of commenting on demo to him she turned around and made comment to me.
The intermediate class had a dirty dancing type move, this always causing some anxiety for the ladies and some guys, me included at these up close and personal moves. Thing is i felt really fine and confident with it, although some ladies felt awkward, with me they seemed relaxed. I got to this move with TG, we joke about move and how it would be guys fav in freestyle, when we did move she was very very comfortable and got real close right into my personal space with long eye contact, big smile and eye brow flash. Bingo, am thinking there is some attraction going on here.
Had number of dances with TG during night, all interactions were fun with lot of laughing and little teasing from me and from her. She was open about me, not romantically but my interactions with her such as laughing at her when making mistakes, at one point she evened joke i could be bit intimidating but quickly retracted this, all interactions were fun with lot of laughing.
Ok is getting late here so will finish this tomorrow.
Last interaction with TG was at end of night, usually a few of us go over to the pub, i have not had a chance to get close or chat to her there but as leaving she was coming of out of toilet after changing. She was about 25yds in front but when saw me she waited and asked if i was going for a drink, unfortunately i had to decline to tonight, as we walked she ask why and seemed, well disappointed is bit strong a word but as if she would have liked me to stay. I told i had to get home to let dogs (looking after parents) out, we laughed about what i would find if did not, then she asked where i lived, and we parted at escalator. Think it good for game that i declined the pub, had such a good night interacting with her that think it best leaving her wanting more.
With the other ladies similar interaction though not at much as i did with TG, in class saw lot of preening and self touching, i don’t think i have chatted as much both in class and freestyle ever on dance night.
Funny thing i still don’t get a lot if any interactions with other guys at dance nights, always seems to be with women.
As going down escalator felt a hand on my should and turned to find a women standing next to me, she had big smile and said ‘only me’, i know her from dancing and have chatted to her before she is flirty and think there is some interest but she has never been this close and chatty and kept her hand on shoulder till end of escalator. She checked if i was going to dance Saturday and as we parted she touched my arm and i returned gesture.
Duration of effects.
Applied at 7pm, P83 about 8.30 felt self effect getting less at about 10pm.
This mix was a surprise in that i felt so very confident and energetic, i got the desired effect of improving women interacting with me as i know, as noted playfully by TG, that i can be bit intimidating or not easy to approach which something i need to work on but this mix certainly helps start the process.
Tonight will try it again at another venue and maybe try 7.5 mcg TAL, also wonder how a little TAF and or Meo-EST would affect mix?
An update on how this mix is going, as i said last night i upped the TAL to 7.5mcg.
Everything else was same as previous, except a different venue, though this venue is larger and busier so does not have the close sort of know everyone by sight feeling.
Not sure if was extra TAL, though probably not, but felt little anxious and so was not as outgoing but still felt confident and energised.
I got similar reactions from ladies though not as many as previous night, but what i was seeing is that if i have a connection if only small then this increases the reaction much more then just with strangers.
My TG from previous night was there, only got chance of 3 dances with her as was busy with lot of men and she is very popular. Interactions with her just carried on from previous night, the last 2 dances she seemed to have placed herself close to me on dance floor and hung about waiting for me to asked her dance, which i needed to be quick with. For one i asked at same time as another guy but she choose me and thanked me for saving her from dancing with him. These last couple of nights she has defiantly been more comfortable in her interactions with me with a number of IOI.
I knew a couple of women i know from another venue would there and it would be their first exposure to this mix. One who i know had a thing for me, not my type, was just little bit more forward and cheeky then she would normally be, the other (to old) was also very chatty and friendly, note we have sort of fallen out in past, and she ask for lift home for her and friend as they live close to me.
The woman who stood close to me on escalator previous night was there and she was camped out close to me, had a few dances with her, lot of eye contact from her.
End of night we are getting ready to go and she sitting close, i gave her a lift previous but that was with group of friends so know i could tonight. I offer her a lift and she accepts, not a big thing but it is for me and my social anxiety, a very big thing. She does not know the other two women so positions herself close to me on walk to car, i open her with questions about what she doing the weekend and xmas, she tell all about what she has planned for xmas, going home to another country. I ask her if she dressing up for monday night dance xmas party, she then goes onto tell me all about how she dresses and why, how much energy she has and works in the fact that she single a few times. She gives me loads of compliments of my dancing and can’t believe i have only been dancing less then 3 years. Think i would have to deaf dumb and mute not to see that there is lot of interest here. Drop her off first 
The last one i drop off is the one of the other two who likes me, i had been teasing her about a guy who had been hitting on her at dancing, as she getting out of car she tells me she tried chatting me before (i knew that) and what she had tried but i was hard nut to crack (was not interested).
This mix certainly gets the ladies i know closer and telling me stuff they had not before, but keeps an edge of sexuality to it. Also gives me more confidence.
It is not an in your face -none hits mix but seems to be drawing them in slowly, almost a seduction without them knowing it is happening.
Just need to get my seduction head on and take advantage of this.
Going to try it at local pub where hopefully my fav barmaid will be on duty.
May add a little TAF and Meo-Est to mix.

Same before with confident feeling but this time i am feeling a bit tired am thinking this is the meo-est. Social anxiety is under control dispite having some spikes during evening.
Effects to others
As said the pub is not busy and when arrive the footy is just finishing, sit at bar with one guy behind be. Get served by fav barmaid and get usual big smile, eye contact and greeting. Guy behind makes some comments about football but not really talking to me. Fav barmaid flits in and out, with manager (female) covering for her. No reaction from manager. Fav barmaid is back and although catching her eye and getting smiles i am getting nothing else, starting to wondering if this mix is working?
Fav barmaid knows the guy behind me and starts talking to him, i turn so facing the bar and barmaid. The guy is telling the barmaid that he is in love which is why can’t finish his drink. Barmaid is trying to get him to speak about it but he won’t but as she talking to him she facing me and constantly looking at me!
She then starts talking about how you find true love anywhere, and asks us to guess where she met her true love and father of her 2 kids, then goes on to tell us the story of how she met him but that she no longer with him. Second time this week women has let me she is single? I tell her she needs to find a new true love, she likes this idea. With her attention defiantly directed at me now we have few laughs and jokes about dating, and the other guy leaves. Barmaid goes off to serve.
She keeps hanging about my end of bar where only i am, i go to open her but get surge of anxiety and say something pointless, she goes off. Ten minutes later she is back at my end of bar and opens me about how quite it is and how the time drags. We chat about this and she tells me it not too bad as she has such good company… me, i thank her. Lot of eye contact when she says this. I keep conversation going by talking about other stuff which we laugh and joke about. Not seeing any hair play, but she facing and leaning towards me and lots of eye contact. She excuses herself to tend to bar stuff.
She is very figity and is constantly cleaning and re-arranging stuff at my end of bar. At one point she doing something under the bar in front of me, i am sitting at corner of bar so it is L shape. While bending over to do this she makes sure her very nice bum is pointing right at me, could easily have faced any other way.
When she is serving a customer one of the beers run out and they do not have any more barrels, this is the current beer i am drinking after my first choice has already run out. After she has served the customer she starts joking with me about running out beers and i tease her that i will have to find somewhere else to go. She looks disappointed and says ‘what will we have to do to keep you here’ i tell she just has to smile. This goes down very well.
We share a few more comments and eye contact before i leave at 11pm.
This has to be the most i have ever spoken to her, she revealed a lot about herself as well. I also now have good line to get a date, i can ask if she found that new true love, if not while she waiting how about dinner sometime

I think the additions did add something, though not sure i will use meo-est with it again and if i do it will be lower amount as felt bit tired with it. Cops added the social proofing but again this will not be regular addition as think that would over do it and send out wrong message. Think the TAF helps with getting her to act on other pheros.
I am liking this base mix as it is making the ladies very comfortable and willing to share personal info and also let me know they are single, for me this is a good comfort attraction mix.
Not sure if i should create a new variation of it which ups things to new level or just add to it later in night if things going well.

Hello, this is my first post on ibelledthecat Ax mix.
First test was self test, 2 sprays to neck after bath at about 11pm.
Self Effects
Little bit heady phero rush but not extreme, started to feel in good mood slight change in visual perception. About 1pm had to go out in car, felt myself being very smiley and in happy mood.
Effect on others.
About 4pm saw father and step mother who have just come back off holiday, she was very talkative and found it hard to get away, needed to as had job to go to. Did not see anything unusual with father.
Thoughts
From what i can make out this has no or very little fragrance, if anything is has smell like my diluted cops (EOW) so required cover with GIT. Did not increase my social anxiety, if anything it helped.
Second test was last night at dance night and freestyle, two sprays to wrists and one to front of neck, reason being sweat a lot and if all on neck would get wiped off and arms get very close to women face.
Self Effects
Much the same as first test, happy mood and confident. Was not sure how would be at dancing and if SA would creep in with my usual pheros, a present surprise was that i was very confident and was dancing very well, very sensual and in control of ladies. What i did find was that during dancing i was getting aroused physically, not full blown woody but the old fellow was starting to wake up.
Effects on others
Arrived half way through class, don’t normally go to this venue much as is quite but as it was xmas party thought it might better plus knew some people were going as well.
As walk in got acknowledgement from those i knew, joined class and first woman who was about my age maybe little older just kept staring at me, she tried some small talk but just kept staring at me with this hungry look, no hair play or other IOI just the staring. I danced with her later in freestyle, still the hungry staring, and after which she was blown away and could not stop complementing me, told me her name and rested hand on my arm, she left early but made a point of catching my to say goodbye.
The strong eye contact was a common feature with the ladies, though did not see any other obvious IOI, i was giving lot of eye contact and ramping up the sensual side of dance with me being very much in control being ‘the man’ which the ladies liked.
Another was young girl in late teens early twenties, she opened me and although a little awkward wanted to interact, again the eye contact.
A women i know fairly well from other venues was there, she really went with the sensual side of one dance, loads of eye contact and after was full of praise, later when dancing with her i showed a move that required my leg to be in between her legs with a twist and dip action, she got it wrong first time but second time sat down on my knee with full honey pot contact
Although a little embarrassed i joked about it and she relaxed and we even flirty a bit about it, i also teased her all night about this. At one point she came over and sat with me for chat, not normal, and at end of night ask for phone number dispute having my email.
As said i was feeling the man and strutting a bit, the ladies seemed to drawn to this and at times had a que waiting to dance with me. It gave good overall self effects and this seemed to be the same for others. Should note that i was way more chatty then normal.
Not sure if this was one off so will test more, i have dance on saturday at a very big venue with hundreds of dancer so will see how it works there, may also try at local pub if go out tonight.

Hello, this is my second post on ibelledthecat Ax mix.
Was on dance night at very big 500 plus dancers, was going with anyone but expected to meet a few people i know.
Self Effects
This mix certainly ups the confidence levels, seems to add a swagger as well.
Effect on others.
This is an attention getter with increase in eye contact, though unless you have a connection with others it requires work on your part, seems like it needs some Instant openness. I tend not to see other IOI just the intense eye contact. At dance a TG from one dance venue was there, we are at a point where we are teasing each other but not verbal flirting but she gives lot of eye contact even without this mix. What did happen was that while i was taking a rest i was at side of floor and she was dancing 20 yrds away but kept seeing her looking at me, when dance finished she started walking towards me but another guy asked her to dance, she turned him down telling him she was dancing with someone else and promptly asked me to dance. Normally the rule is not to refuse a dance. Normally i ask her or she hangs about making it obvious she want to dance. I seemed to notice she was bit more intense with a sexual edge to our interactions.
Thoughts
The smell is still there even with shaking so needs a cover scent. This is a attention getter but seems to lack that something to someone to open you, though people are comfortable. Also seems to need a little something if going to use to up the sexual tension.

When good pheros go bad!
Hello, this is little report on how things went at dance class last night. It was using a slight variation of mix that has been going well, but last night did not go to well. Started beginners class near the end as am quite a good dancer but use the beginner class to test pheros and get to know new comers.
At end of class we start freestyle and when this dance finished i ask women sitting on side to dance, now the rule is not to refuse a dance unless you have good reason, going to toilet, need a break as just finished dancing. This woman had not danced yet and when i asked she refused saying she was ok, and then as i walk away she promptly got up and danced with someone else! Now i don’t get refused very often at all and if do it is for the reasons already given. In past any refusal would have ended my night as social anxiety would be too bad, but this is no longer the case, however after i was refused this time my social anxiety went through the roof. I did ask someone i knew to dance straight away bit while dancing i could feel myself getting all flushed and anxious and not feeling good.
I can only assume this is P83 intensifying the anxiety as i have seen it do before, when P83 is good it is good but when it is bad it is very bad. Lucky i had some MX291 in bag so gave myself a spray on front of neck. MX291 is really chilled mix and gives you chilled out who cares feeling, this helped along with de-stressing techniques.
Rest of night went ok, but was lingering anxious feeling that did not go away.

Dance night, **2 lessons and freestyle, gets very hot and sweaty which is why i applied to arms and hair. Lot of women, class rotates so get exposure to lot of them. Did half of beginner class and all intermediate and freestyle.
Self effects.
Normally feel very good and confident with this mix. Have had to be careful with P83 as can send the socail anxierty into over drive if not careful so have applied later when sure everything is ok though as things been going ok i have started adding with others, but as describe above this can go wrong.
Effects to others
The aim of mix is to get women very relaxed and comfortable with me, ammo was really just to balance TAL. Well it seems that it worked a treat normally.
