Today attended a training in my office where they had a corporate trainer hired to take a session on Happiness @ work, It was a 6 hour training session and comprised of 20 people.
Before attending the training is used 3 drops of A314 and went to the room nothing much happend it started of like a regular training.
But after 30 minutes i noticed that the trainer was standing next to me and was not moving from that place, he even called me and asked me to talk to the crowd.
every one in the room was in a pleasant mood and they where treating me nice and after lunch when i came back to the room i saw the trainer in my room and he was asking more about me and my job and my previous experience etc. it seemed that he was more intrested in knowing about me.
and @ the end of the session he even gave his Business card to me and informed that if i have any doubt i can contact him.
Yeah A314 has that kind of vibe. You really come across as the leader of the pack.
What I’m really interested in is this Happy @ Work training. What exactly was it and did you get anything out of it? I’ve always thought it was ironic to force employees to go to things like sensitivity training or get fired. LOL, real sensititve!
So how do you think you handled the training. 6 hours seems like an inordinate amount of training to train someone to be happy.
