Ok, i just ordered some to go stuff, i orderd Ammo. TUTH and IO. so, will these three work good together?? any advice on using them?

My personal opinion.
Test these out individually.
I like AMMO for everyday wear. IO contains alpha Androstenol which is already a component of AMMO so you would skew the balance of it and make it more social, if you add TUTH then you might make it too sexual, if you add both then you’re upping the concentrations of AMMO and skewing the entire ratio together.
IMO some of these are better used by themselves or pair with two together.
You should look into things like IG and Instant Shine as other alternatives.

Out of those three, Ammo and IO, no question. TUTH later. 
Best match of all for Ammo is IS - one of the classic mixes and you will find literally hundreds if not thousands of posts praising it.
Ammo and IH is good too.
start slow and please keep a journal it will only help YOU in the long run. Start with IO and AMMO.
If you doubt these products, find a public place, put on 6 shots IO and two shots AMMO and say hello with eye contact to every person.

so if i have Ammo and IO what ratio should i use?
I would use a 2:1 IO:Ammo ratio, as IO is a buffer and Ammo is already buffered but can be a bit masculine on it’s own.
so 2 shots IO 1 shot ammo?
You’re going to need to test out your sweet spots and find out what number of sprays of each work for you.
2 shots IO and 1 shot ammo is a good start. You’ll get her to open up and be talkative but at the same time give a vibe that you’re going to be more than just a friend.

Yup - Thats a good start, although as you are in your 30s, you could probably go 2-ammo, 3-IO without too much bother.
I would also suggest that if you are using Ammo in any quantity, your first spray should always be in the throat/upper chest area - Partly to get the self effects and to anchor the none signature to yourself, so the sexual effect on your target increases as you get physically closer.
However, with IO and other socials, I would say the opposite applies and you should start with the first spray/s on your wrists/forearms (depends on clothing) then moving closer to your centre - That way the social/moderating effects have initially more impact on your target in the comfort building stage.
iam 34 and can i spray the IO on cloths? i normaly have a long sleeve shirt on
OK, so 3 sprays of IO and 2 of Ammo?? and can the IO go on cloths or does it have to be on skin??
No problem with spraying the IO on clothes - That is how I used beta androstenol with long sleeves l when I first started with pheros and this is a major component of IO.
