Id say you cant go wrong with spraying IG to the neck and cttm2 to the wrists.
how many sprays? 
start with one. look for effects. Up the dose until you notice results. Take it slow, I know your anxious but you can learn better by not rushing.

-well.. in my college, people were all around me when i was speakin about something
-every1 was laughin and paying attention about what i was saying
-this girl, was talking to me and then, she just touch my body when she was leaving.. lol wtf. (she was like paralized, like, when she was speaking to me about something…
-i was like.. the HEAD of the group.. and every1 was talkin to me and yeah LOL (cool)
-in the train station alot of guys were lookin at me (wtf..)
-in the train, this girl were in front of me, after 5 mins at the same place, she just didnt stop playing with her hair… but i dunno if she usually do that or if she was tryin to get my attention xD.
-and yeah.. i could see more people starin at me… but… most of guys were staring at me.. WTF.. i want girls starin at me, not guys xDDD
