I’m a 23 year old man from Norway, who discovered pheromones through a friend a couple of months ago. Generally I struggle with low confidence, and I’m also quite shy especially around women. anyways, if ur struggling with confidance issues, why dont you give instant shine a shot? it would def. lift your mood as long as other peoples and it def helps me in social situations.
for flirting and picking up women, i heard that instant gentleman works well but ive never personally tried it myself.
also instant openness should be good for that also since it opens up conversations and make women feel more at ease with you.

I have noticed that a314 boosts my confidence for some reason. Maybe its because other people see more alpha, or for whatever reason it works. might want to give that a shot.

Thanks for reporting TUTH can work well in certain environments and come on to strong in others. I suggest you give AMMO a try. It has more depth to it. Can be used anywhere. IO would be a good choice as well as Ishine. On a side note I am not saying to stop using TUTH just to expand your mone arsenal so of course you would want to look into getting your own bottle of TUTH as well 
Keep in mind that they have to-go bottles so you can try things out
