There’re 2 major problems here actually, first is the “less” reliable courier and the second is, the “more unreliable” (some) customs officers in your country! There have been cases of long delays, banned items and thefts!:o
I suggest that you inform Ms.Jasmin so that at least she will be aware of the situation, but I want you to understand that if your order has been shipped, Androtics should not be held responsible for that matter as per my explanations above.
