This is my first post here and I am doing it to ask for advice.
I am an extremely shy guy around women (and sometimes around men)
I have trouble starting conversations with people in general AND honestly I’d rather they start the conversation, once the conversation is started I can usually roll with it with not much anxiety.
I have, by now, a collection of mones. TAC, Ammo (2X), TUTH, P130, IO, IS
I have had some success overcoming my own shyness with TAC + IO at a party lately, and people (mostly men) seemed generally more chatty which was great.
My current girlfriend has also been warming up to me lately (still nothing exciting in the bedroom, I am trying to rekindle things) with TAC + IO. I tried adding TUTH or Ammo to that with no obvious improvement with women. Adding TUTH or Ammo doesn’t seem to make them want to be closer/sexual.
IS doesn’t seem to do much at all for me, if anything it actually plays against me. Same goes with P130.
So far I love TAC + IO but I’d like to push things forward, especially sexually.
So I have a few questions:
What would you add/remove? and dosage? (especially since I am afraid of being friendzoned with no sex mones somewhere in there)
Where are good places to apply each? neck? jaw? (so far I apply IO on one wrist and TAC on the other and rub on my jaw line, the TUTH or Ammo was added on neck or chest)
For the record ammo and TUTH have the same exact quantity of Androstenone in them - 2.5mcg.
How old are you because too much none for a younger person can be off putting. Either reduce the none OR buffer with more TAC. If you also need help with the bedroom also consider P83 - reduces inhibitions and makes people more impulsive.
The TAC may be working great for you to relieve some of the anxiety you feel and create a more relaxed laid back vibe but when trying to create sexual tension in someone else its not the vibe you want to lead with.
I suggest cutting back on TAC or at least try to apply more where it will effect you and not her as much.
Maybe split to wrists and rub a little from there under your nose. Of course first check to make sure it doesnt irritate the skin there.
Because AMMO is buffered 2 sprays is probably not to much anone along with the IO your using. Still test 1 just in case though.
TUTH has other sexual molecules besides anone and is more “in your face” sexual. Your current GF is, as you mentioned warming up. Start with 1 spray and let her adjust to that. Maybe use some TAF with it if you have it. It can make her more aware of her arousal.
Starting out to high with the TUTH can be like yelling lets fuck. Some women will jump on that and some women will be taken back by it. Sometimes the slow seduction is in order.
