So my question to all the ammo users is, what do you use to cover up the scent, specifically.
I have tried 2 colognes that I own so far and I can still smell the -none.

Yeah a lot of us have been through the same dilemma with ammo, its a scent that I am not keen on either. The best cover I use for ammo is Green Irish Tweed by Creed which does a good job at covering the ammo game scent. Its best to spray the ammo and wait 20 to 30 minutes for the scent to settle then spray the cologne.
Ammo was one of the first products I bought and next time I am going to pay the extra and get ammo in the neroli scent which can be covered with any cologne.![]()
Are you sure it’s the androstenone you’re smelling? Androstenone is a mere one third of the mone formula–only 2.5mcg per spray. There is also Androsterone (musty man scent) and Androstenol (fresh girl sweat smell). All three together together smell like a sweaty tee-shirt! The original Ammo did a much better job of covering the mone scent. Game seems to fart out after an hour or so and leave you nekid…
What I can’t stand is the Game cologne in Ammo. Smells like sour fruits. I’ll take natural mone scent over game any day. It’s sad because the original Ammo was one of my favs and now I can’t stand to wear it with game.
I’ve tried drowning the Game stink in Burberry Weekend and Issey Miyake. Sorta works but ruins the nice scent of the real colognes.
I mostly haven’t covered ammo even though I am not so keen of it.
I used to cover 2 sprays of ammo (my sweet spot) with Gucci Envy a few times, and it is work great.
Even it works, I figured out covering ammo with Gucci Envy is too overpowering.
