Pheromones are very new to me, but I heard about them through a friend taking a course in sexuality. Being that I am a gay male, I don’t see the instant attraction, but I’ve noticed quite a few comments on the product pages regarding their users and how they can often work for the opposite sex.
While not in any form of research study course, I am very curious about how the pheromones can work for both sexes, even when intended to work for just one. I’d love to test out a male version and a female version, but I have a question or two, if someone would be kind enough to oblige.
So, for anyone who may know the answers:
How long do the effects of pheromones last?
How long have you been using them and do the effects still last despite the length of time you have used them?
(A bit less intrusive here, but…) Do any of the pheromones sold on Androtics Direct have “scents”? (Think cologne or perfume.) Or are they simply pheromones?

I will try to answer as best I can based on my own experiences, but soooo much about phero usage is subjective and each individual’s experiences are based on a countless number of variables.
In my experience, depending on the product I’m using, the mcg per bottle, and the number of sprays I apply, the effects can last anywhere between 2 and 6 hours.
I’ve been using them for several months now, and if you’re referring to self-effects, I am still at a point where the pheros do effect my mood when I wear them. I have read this is not always so. The longer you have been using them and how often you apply them (daily? weekly? monthly?) will all play a part in whether or not you “feel” the effects vs how you feel after prolonged use and exposure over a period of months or years. You can get used to them, in other words.
Everything I’ve ordered has had a scent - I think depending on the product, you can choose between a handful of different ones. Neroli seems to be the standard and it’s citrusy. I’ve also read about Akuto for men, and grapefruit and chocolatini scents for some of the women’s products.

You really can’t make judges and have these definite answers because everyone is very different.
ALL the products have scent unless you order scentless which is highly not recommended for beginners. almost all of them except for AMMO and A314 have a very light scent that can be covered by anything of your choice.
You can see effects in a couple minutes, it could take you a few months (highly unlikely) once you notice the first time you’ll see it more. its like buy something thinking its unique, but then you start noticing that everyone else has one too!
I am on year 3 or 4 now and they have changed my life for the better! Now since I am not gay but do have Many gay friends, I can not say exactly what works for guys, but simple standards JUST so you can see and believe that mones work are IS and IO! Once you see how these make a difference in your life, even if it is just very subtle you can move and experiment more!

Thats allmost like asking my age LOL … I have used them for 20 years although the choices back then were very limited. Yes the effect on others last but the self effects generally don’t. Pheromones work in the subconscious part of the brain, your aware they are there so many people do not get self effects at all.
Yes they pretty much all come in a neroli scent except AMMO and A314 which have there own scents. Pheromones on there own do not smell good. They use neroli here because it covers well, binds with the mones and its highly diffusive. If you cant diffuse the mones they wont do you much good. Neroli also blends well with other scents so you can still wear you favorite colognes and not come off over scented.
Both males and females make all the same pheromones. Its just in different ratios. Generally gay males use the same products straight males use to attract women. The reason is gay males are attracted to the male signature. You can use female mones though, you would just have to adjust the ratio of male to female mones you use to see the best results.
There are also many products that are unisex like IO IH Ishine.
