To enhance encounters with girls, try ammo. It makes them attracted to you. Phero will helps but largely still depending on you, how you carry yourself, dress, behaviour, looks.
I think in most cases you’ll have to try just a little, however the pheromones will make it easier. Along with Ammo* try Instant Shine* when I wear that people seem to look a lot more.
And it has uplifting effects that should work on you as well.
