So a year ago i got some A314, IS and TUTH. For some reason i stopped using and just yesterday i got my order of A314, IH2x, IS2x and a free to go of IO.
Me, late 30s and pretty alpha to start. Manager in the financial world with 11 direct reports(all sales folks). I spend the week in the field visiting them at various financial centers where i need to evaluate and help them while parntering with others. So it is a B2C roll as well as internal B2B.
Today: 2 drops A314, 1 spray each of IS2x and IH 1x.
Results? First, to all those wondering does it work weather they work as intended or you get results due to your expecting to and being more aware of your actions and surroundings who cares? The result is the same…a change in your behavior and of those around you.
The most noticable hits came from IH as i am aware of how A314 and IS affect both me and others. I had 2 manager of other areas come to the desk i was using while in their home office. What for? To talk business on how we could help each other in one case and in the other to ask about my outlook on the economy as he was looking to do some personal life changes. This has never happened like this before. And then to top it off, they talked more and deeper: found out one went through a divorce a few years ago and it wiped him out and he is only $4000 from being out of debt! And i couldn’t get them to stop. I would turn to my computer and start working and they would still be there hovering…
Me? I noticed my self talking deeper and being aware was able to catch myself from going too deep and actaully found myself talking less as i am normally very chatty.
Was it IH or just me being fully aware of my suroundings and working them? Maybe all of 1 or the other. Maybe some of both.
Either way how could you question under the cost of a latte a day to be fully aware of your actions and others and how you influence them so deep that changes you and them?
