With so many things I think your best bet is to look into the Men’s Ultimate Kit as it will have everything you need in one nice complete kit. It will have all the items we mention on here. Sweating helps with the diffusion, but it is not at all essential. It’s best to do without because the mones tat you apply will wear off much quicker if you sweat, or at the gym, or something like that.

I would start with 1 spray and see what you think. I think your sweet spot will most likely be around 2-4 sprays. The scent can be overbearing if you use more.
