Hello everyone! I’m a new member and I’ve recently made my ordrer (IO, TUTH, IFM). I just have one question: I’ve made the order in 12 March and until now in section “Orders & tracking” says that my order’s status is “processing”. What does this mean? Have the products been shipped (or not?)? Can anyone enlighten me?

it possibly means they are still getting your stuff together to be shipped.
this happens when there is an influx of people wanting the same product and they were out of stock sooner than expected, or…
its possible its been processed and sent out, but there has been a glitch in the system recently that tells people its not sent but it in fact is sent.

We’re in the same boat. I placed an order a day before you, and mine is still processing as well. As far as I know they’re extremely busy. Chances are if it still says processing, then hasn’t shipped yet.
I’m impatient myself, but sadly a little patience is in order.

I know where you’re from ( its the magic of beign able to see the order system), but for the sake of others, would you mind letting us all know whereabouts you’re from?
Oh, tip: If you made your order via International GPM, sometimes those don’t get updated nearly as fast, because I can’t look up the GPM label numbers as fast as I can for something like FedEx or GEM. I usually have to wait for large master lists to come in before I can update everyone. Hope that helps!
