scented is best due to the fact that some pheromones have an odor that most wouldn’t like and since you seem to be on the shy side and more conservative you would probably be well off using IO which will get you and the people around you to be chatty, IS which will give you an uplifting effect so your anxieties will likely lessen and you’ll just be cheery and like mackie said the IS A/B will do you well if you want a more physically attractive kind of uplift in your mood as oppose to IO and IS which would just be for social reasons but yea the ladies should be of more help and can go into greater detail then me

Thanks everyone for thier replies!! Um… wow I don’t really think I’m too much of either a leader or follower… I’d like to say I’m somewhere in the middle… with ppl I know well and am comfortable with or in a work sense I think I’m more of a leader, but at social gatherings, or around people i don’t know I would be more of a follower. As far as where would I use them? Well, work isn’t an option… I work with alot of hormonal children and alot of women so that would just cause problems lol. I don’t really do the whole bar/ club scene. I think I would mainly just use it on dates or just around the town when I’m out doing errands. That is usually how I tend to meet people any way lol.
