New to A314: will cologne on the same spots interfere, and how many drops?

Hey guys, New to the forums, been surfing through. Interesting stuff. I’m about to order A314. From all the reading on the site and on the forms, seems like I have to apply it to the hot spots (ex: wrist, back of ears, neck optside of elbows) but that’s also the same place I spray my cologne. Would my cologne mess it up? or make a bad mix? Also how many drops would I need? I read 2 drops, but is that per place you apply or all together and you just rub it in everywhere?

Also, I’ve read some people mixing it with Ammo, It seems to be a replacement for cologne. Would that also be applied to the same spots as the A314, if you used them together? would they mix fine? Not that I’m ordering Ammo this week, but figured I’d ask.

Start with 1, then try 2, then 3, and so on until you get a feel for how much you want on a daily. Usually somewhere between 1-3 is good, but some guys like Idle like to wear a lot more.

Ammo sprayed over the A314 is fine, it might slow down the diffusion a bit, but I wouldn’t worry about it.

As for the A314 scent clashing with your cologne, I don’t know if they are still making it in the Akuto scent or if they went back to EO. Depending on your cologne, the A314 may or may not clash. The EO smells kinda heavy, you could cover with a heavier, darker cologne, but not a light, day time one, though YMMV. It all depends on the cologne, the A314, and your own body chemistry.

ah I see.

When I apply 1-3 drops, do I just drop on my wirst then rub on the hot spots? or do I need a drop on each hot spot?

My a314 also came with a to-go of “turn up the heat”, would i need to spray in every hot spot or just wrist again and just rub it on the rest of the hot spots?

To clarify, I meant try one drop for the whole day, try two drops the next day, etc..

The drops come pretty fast after the first drop, so I drop onto one wrist while carefully watching my drops, then I rub my wrists together, followed by dragging my wrists from behind my ears to my jawline to my throat.

The sprays are easier to apply, just point and spray. Hair? Point and spray. Wrist? Point and spray. Chest? Point and spray. I think you get the idea. You’ll find all sorts of different ways though along the way.

I’d leave the TUTH alone while you’re finding your A314 sweet spot. When you find your sweet spot, you can start finding your sweet spot with TUTH.

A314 has less Akuto scent in it (you can barely smell it after a few minutes of application) as of one month ago. They may have changed it since then.
