Well the hard part is that you work with this woman and you are her boss if I read that right.
IMO the best things to do is wear Ammo around here and maybe some IG her while at work. Then expose her to as much of this signature as possible. Then after some time try asking her out for like maybe start off by taking her to lunch maybe if you both get a lunch break together. Then slowly work into getting her more outside of work where you can really get to know her and see where it goes.
