I’m Leo, 33 from Boston Mass, I just started using Pheromone products and have been buying quite a few lately, but none seem to work for me yet. I don’t do well in large social settings, and find it hard to connect with people that way. I ordered turn up the heat and waiting for it to arrive, hopefully the product will work as advertised.

TUTH is great for improving your sex life, but for the social setting you would good if you had more social products to the equation. Like IO and IH. I guess one of my biggest problem is I am able to attract women that I am NOT attracted to, and the ones I find a bit attractive does not find me sexually appealing at all. You sound a lot like what I used to be like. Great with one on one conversations but not so good in a larger group situation. I have only just started my journey with mones so cannot provide a lot of help there but there are a lot of other things you can do to help with these situations. It sounds like you may suffer from some social anxiety (It’s actually very common)

Be social with everyone - It doesn’t matter if its a cute girl, old lady walking crossing the road or some homeless guy. Being friendly and social with everyone will help reprogram your brain to thinking this is the way you are (won’t go into anything technical about it). This will help you be more confident in larger groups

Being great at listening is a positive - Being a great listener is one of the best skills you can have as long as you know how to use it, which it sounds like you do

Make sure you are always doing stuff to realise your dreams - This is also a big one as it helps with your self confidence a lot

Read a few books - Can highly reccommend the power of now. Its helps you to live in the moment and not think to much.
I have used a lot of NLP and hypnotherapy to work on some of my issues with interacting with larger groups. I am in no way for or against either of these they are just what worked for me.
As for the get talking to girls in larger groups. One way that can work is to position yourself next to girl you are interested in (Then from there it is a lot easier to get talking to her). From there depending on the situation you can then isolate her.
Also if you are genuinelly interested in pick up. I can reccomend joining the pick-up artist (Has people of all ages involved in it) community and working on inner game
This is just a very brief overview of a few other things to help. I’m very tired at this point so probably missed a few things but let me know if there is anything you would like expanding on or some more information on and I hope these helped to give you a few ideas.

ok so lets start by the beggining.
You are shy in groups, you need IO and a314.
Why? Its not only that you are not shy but also that people are not expecting your opinion. So IO to open you up and make everyone bouth more open and more receptive. And a314 to give you the I am in control vibe. So people take you seriously and also take you into account, they will respect you opinion and they will wait for it. But you will have to toughn it up. You need to look confident. And you will be confident.
You are 33 so I think TUTH is good for you, and if you like the disco scene, a combination of TUTH and ammo. Also I think TUTH and ammo can be used for almost all ocasions, you just have to lower the dosage of tuth for less “hunting” atmosferes augmenting this way the ammo.
I would also had IS to the equation, is my favorite and I recomend for all people, for me it cant turn the gravyard mood into a good mood but it can turn a normal mood into a party energising mood.
