hello everyone, my name is brent. I have become really interested in pheromones as recently I have made alot of changes to attract the opposite sex. I eat really healthy now, workout 4-5x a week, quit smoking cigarettes and I lay out by the pool with my friend and there is always tons of girls there. I go to a private college called stetson university and Im kinda shy so I am hoping that the pheromones will help me, I understand they will not do the work for me they will only enhance what is already there. With the $25 gift certificate, I was thinking of trying the AMMO and a throwup between the instant shine and instant openness. I am a fit, tan, white, 19 year old college student and trying to find the best pheromone to use daily such as in the gym, tanning by the pool, or just near females. ammo is a great all around attraction pheremone. since youre new i suggest you stick to the consumer line, which are all the things marked "instant - " or a314, amm, tuth, IG and a few other
mones usually wash off in weather, and dont do too well in sun, so be careful not to waste them at the beach or pool. of youre just laying out, maybe some ammo would be good to get that initial eye contact and those stares
do you have any problems ocnversing or starting convos?
i like IJ to give me that “i dont give a F” feeling, makes approaching a lot easier for me
IO usually makes me talkative, and IH makes convos deeper. i personally prefer IO, it also makes my convos move amoother
a314 is an alpha pheremone which makes you appear as more of an alpha male and will boost your social value in most cases.
i love instant shine which helps me wake up and feel energized in the morning.
im still working on a good club mix, but a bunch can be found here
but try to stick with ones using the consumer line products.
for best overall, i suggest ammo at the very least. make sure to start with the “sweet spot” guide to find out what amount works best for you. since youre young like me, our bodies produce a lot of this already, too much is bad for you

Jnoel has given you a great rundown and advice on the best pheros and ranges to get started with here and I agree that Ammo and/or one or other of the socials is the way to go. I would suggest IS, IH or maybe IG in that order - Sexy and attractive plus Fun/happy, close/bonding and smooth/charming/reliable, so take your pick.
As you are young and physically active, you will be putting oit a fair bit of none yourself, so do look-up Steve’s sweet spot guide in the Mens forum to learn about finding the best dose. This will help avoid projecting an overly horny vibe that some women, especially younger ones can find offputting.

Im in deland florida. I am kinda an introvert but at the same time I am very curious about other people (I am a rare INFP personality type) and I am starting to break out of my shell of shyness.
