Yes, ammo + IH is a great combo. However, you know that ammo + IShine can be even better for SEXY attraction and appeal. Also, look into IG. During daytime, combined with IH, IShine, or IShine or combo of these attract a lot of ladies in their 20’s.
Since you are 38 years old, A314 would be great. It should still attract many girls in their late 20’s and early 30’s. Use A314 with Instant shine.

Hi there and welcome to the forum. Well I’m really glad you decided to stay away from the A314 as for right now. It has this really super ALPHA vibe and shy guys who wear it have a tendency to get lost in it. Has a very big curve to it to really get a grasp of it. Personally for a younger, more charismatic vibe that has a way of pulling in the young girls like candy, I’d go IG. If you still feel the need to go with some A314 you can pick up the alcohol versions. As of right now 1.23A is my favorite. Just remember with A314 you’ll need to initiate all conversations and keep them going.
