i am a 31 year old professional in a big city (washington dc area)…pretty shy and looking to help increase the amount of communication i have in social settings and at work (i’m a woman). what is the best pheromone to achieve this? looking forward to hearing from someone soon.

Both men and women find the social products io and ih to be helpful in stimulating conversations. You should definately put both of them on your list of things to try.

GWTW has covered the communication duo of IO and IH and are great for shyness. I think, IO would be a good one first off, as it’s a much more bubbly, general, convo starter mone. You do need to direct it to where you want to go with convo’s as it can go all over the place.
IShine would be another one that I would suggest as it gets me a good, comfortable, and YOUTHFUL vibe that will give a bump in confidence and this also will help out with any shyness, IME.

In the meantime, I will give you a run down of the products that I think will work really well for you and in doing your own research by reading the thread in my signature introducing you to mones I am pretty sure you will be able to confirm what mones will do the trick

IH is also for communication but makes ppl feel they can trust you and open up to you on a deeper level

Now, we do not have pheromones specifically for women for the work place but a few women have used A314 successfully and what you can do is hear what they have to say, read some threads.
What do you want to accomplish at work, what type of job do you have and what do you want to accomplish socially
