im 28, from australia, and basically the only problem i have is that im shy and if i like a girl im 2 shy to approach her unless i think shes interested (sneaky little looks, smiles)

It’s a good mix of “social” pheros and the Ammo is an attractant that’s not too over the top but he and Butterfly are right, give us a little more info with regards what kind of situations you find yourself in, how you are interacting with those girls who seems interested, IF you’re interacting with those girls, where youre interactions take place (clubs, church, work, etc.). Those kinds of things will help us to tailor the recommendations that we give to you.
And definitely what Gone with the Wind said, you will have to start those convos in order to see any results…but man! Results you will see!!! Just start reading thru some of the posts and you’ll see what I mean.

ok, well as u know im a shy sorta guy, i like going clubbing and to the pub (or bar lol) once i get to know somone i usually open up a fair bit, my problem has always been if i see a girl i like the look of i wont approach her because of my shyness, and if i do finally work myself up enough to talk to her i need to see some signs shes interested or i’ll get discouraged.
