As for the scent, A314 oil is easily covered by any traditional alcohol based cologne.
I am an outgoing public speaker - and a published author. I am looking for any additional edge in sales situations.
What are my colleagues like? Thankfully I don’t have to deal with an office much so I see different people every day at different locations - IOW/no one is every going to be exposed to me on a continual day to day basis. I am more concerned with influencing new people at public speeches, book signings and trade shows.
A314 goes well with just about any cologne - The oil’s scent is very light and settles lighter after around 30mins or so. Light enough to be usable on its own in no/low scent environments - common in medical/scientific or sales/public facing situations that are common in the UK/EU. Its no stronger than the scent of many mild soaps.
But it still diffuses well, and with the kind of subtlety that does not make it overwhelming/daunting at normal workday doses. Normally an application will last 8-10 hours before topup but applying over some good quality lotion will reduce breakdown and extend activity into the 10-12hr range at the expense of a very slight reduction in diffusion range but its still prefectly usable in normal interpersonal situations.
So more or less any good cologne can be used. The only thing you need to remember is to keep your oil and cologne application points apart as spraying a cologne or alcohol phero over oil will mess-up diffusion.
Further steering can be got from Instant Shine for pleasant/team situations, IH for increasinf the trust/bonding aspect, IH/P74 for the “expert”/authority vibe and P114 for the “Tell me what to do” experience. The latter two are also good for transitioning to sexual mixes after work/social events by adding a little TUTH.

Public events are the second string to my work and I’ve had so many WTF! moments since starting with A314 that I really can’t believe how I’ve gone from being the guy who helped out with the little stuff when the specialist team were busy to handling top-venues at major specialist events as a full-equal team member.
I have seen references to age/dosage. I am nearly 50 - should I be jacking anything up? I have Shine now - using it for the first time today - not sure what to expect for a reaction. Two blasts - one on neck and one on left wrist. So far no one has changed.
Age/dosage is a factor - not so much with IS as it seems fairly consistent at any age but I tend to use 3-4 sprays most times.
With A314 and Androstenone, you can easily use much more than a younger guy. 2-3 drops A314 is my typical workday dose rising to 4 when I’m looking to project maximum impact around the senior guys and up to six drops, with overt sexual steering in high-impact, mature club/sexual situations - generally around women over 30. Younger ones need a broader more gentle/social touch, although you do get the odd exception.
Very interesting. I’d like to be able to NOT smell these things - so my interest is probably more with the oils - seems like they are less pungent. They sent me a sample of molecule C - what’s that?

Yup. That, the slower breakdown/greater longevity per application and the more subtle diffusion also suits me well. Also oils are usually much more cost effective for regular use. Some pheros are better in alcohol form though but not A314 IMO - The /b spray is dosed to be similar to oil per spray/drop so its a decent try-out but it does lack something compared to oil and it only lasts about six hours tops. The /a spray is dosed for maximum impact and it does have merit in social/sexual mix and I have used to punch-up my work dose on occasion but its something I try to avoid doing regularly.
Scents and pheros do go together - A scent helps the pheros diffuse off your skin and also covers the scent of the pheros themselves and breakdown byproducts, which some can find unpleasant. Going unscented seldom works well - You usually need a much higher dose to get the same effect and risk stink more, so most guys who buy unscented are into mixing and adding their own scents - which can get a bit tricky.
Yes - half-one in the morning. Just finished the Christmas prep/house clean and unwinding with a beer! 
Molecule C (AKA TAC) is an experimental molecule they want more info about, the idea is you try it standalone at different doses and report back, after that, it is fine to try it in combo with other pheros and it does go with A314 quite well.
