I am a regular user of Athena pheromones but really haven’t noticed too much of difference in attracting the opposite sex. I have been reading the posts and what are your recommendations for someone who believes in pheromones but needs something stronger and more effective. I’m a confident and out going person and I really don’t go out much but I do work with a lot of men in the health care field. I do have a particular attraction to one friend and would like him to look at me in a different light

Athena might have a little bit of pheromones, but not to good quality based on the reviews from members of this forum. But there are a tons of great products here, and with all the members here and posts about those, there is no way that they are not real! So you just found a great true source of pheromone products!
As for your situation, i would say try instant sexiness. It is great for all ladies to wear. There are 2 versions, A is strong (probably best for your personality) B is softer.

Try Instant Sexiness. It can make yu the centre of attraction. It is good to attract males.
Try other social phero like IH. It can make male intimate with you. They will talk to you more personal and deeper.

I suggest the instant sexiness line, there are 2 types instant seiness A and instant sexiness B. Instant sexiness A gives a confident, sexy and strong vibe like Anglelina jolie, while instant sexiness B makes you seem more innocent but demanding, kittenish like marilyn munroe, so it’s all about choosing what type of gal you are

Pretty much all the products here are stronger then Athena which has very mild effects.
Instant sexiness is a great place to start.
Keep in mind that they have 2 versions.
A which is strong confident alpha attractive (think Angelina Jolie persona)
B which is softer girly kittenish attractive and confident. (think Marilyn Monroe persona) B only comes in a full size at this time but A comes in to-go or 30ML size.
I also suggest IH, its deep and chatty but brings a feeling of closeness and intimacy.
