Just received my IS and Ammo, and ready to test it out. Although I don’t have a whole lot of opportunities to do that, I’m sure I’ll think of something.
I did have a bit of a fiasco with PayPal on my first order. I got charged but the androticsdirect website says the transaction failed. But the cash was transferred. I placed the order again and got charged again, this time successfully, but have yet to hear back from them on the failed order I paid for. Hope that gets worked out.
As soon as it does (and when I get my $15 certif) I will place another order.
I am sure you will enjoy your ammo and Instant Shine. Both are great products and a good place to start. Please look around the menns section to get a feel for how to use them best.
Your PP problem is a customer service issue and should not be presented on the forum as they cant help you from here. Please give them a call on Monday so they can take care of it for you. Steveo the CS rep is away on a business trip and probably hasnt gotten to your email as of yet. Just in case send your email with you PP transaction number and your invoice to aprshipping@gmail.com as well so that there is a written record of it for them to go by.
Hello chris, you can follow the instruction given by tisha, and I am sure at 100% that you will get refunded for that mistake. Androtic has one of the greatest customer service on the world of internet!
Of course u got plenty opportunities to test them! Anytime you get out and be with someone, there is a great opportunity! Be sure to spray one or two before leaving home!
As the others say, you WILL be taken care of by the customer service people, never fear, as long as you email or call as Tisha advised.
You mentioned that you don’t have many opportunities for testing … some of the best places to test are places you’ll be indoors in a small-to-medium size space for a few minutes at least… in line at a store, cruising a newstand or bookstore, in the laundromat, anywhere it’s possible to start a short conversation. If you put yourself out there just a little you’ll see some results, which will build your confidence for when you do some testing in more overtly promising environments
