Anyway, if you say that you’re not thinking to aim to sex with her now, and I beliee it’s a wise choice, I’d suggest you to work her with some socials, like Instant Shine and Instant Openness. If you see that she’s getting comfortable, and you think that it’s the right time for more “serious talk”, you could use also “Instant Honesty”. Somone could also suggest to use A314 or AMMO, but I think that to start again something like that, maybe it’s better with something that doesn’t chance much your phero signature.

) and I’m going to wear ammo, A314 and Instant shine.
Probably 2-3 A314 to give me ‘worth’ in her eyes
1 Ammo for a slight touch of attraction
3-4 Instant shine to lighten the mood and get her feeling good around me
what about just ammo and instant shine? Will that make her attracted to me and yet feel comfortable.

I think that the same Pheros that we described can also be used to the “party scene”. Actually, my “party mix” base is made of Instant Shine+Instant Openness. Personally I’m going to stick with 2 drops of A314, 1 spray of Ammo and 3-4 sprays of Instant shine.
Ammo and A314 I think both have -nones in them so you need to keep the dosages low to start with to avoid an OD.
what kind of effect does that have on the ladies?

I think that when you start, you’d better test those products by themselves, starting from 1 spray/drop and then rising the dosage. Some Pheros, like AMMO may have negative side effects on beginners. In fact, for somebody that already produce much NONE, adding more of it, those load of NONE could give him what I call an “AMMO rush”. He could feel, yes, confident, but also agressive. So, if you’re a beginner, don’t start with mixing A314 and AMMO, but try to find your right dosages.
…I suppose you want to attract a girl, not to scare the hell out of her…

I think in our cases though a strong signature of -none (non OD levels) are the perfect thing. We have known these girls for a long time, both need to create ‘worth’ in their eyes and its been a while since we’ve seen them.
Being a bit overpowering would be the right ticket. Because of our previous relationships it would appear more that there has been a big change in us since the last time we met and be unlikely to scare them off.
Having said that I do intend to dose on the previous levels and head out to see the reactions I get first.
Now I just need my order to hurry up and ship .

Just A314 is the sensible choice for the first encounter but you know how it is, its just too much of a lure to mix it up right off the bat.
DEFINATELY head out with it on first, even if its just for the day and get around some girls. The last thing you want to do is go over there with an OD dose on and make everything worse.

The best response so far. I think the first think you need to do, is see how pheromones work with your personal body chemistry. If you don’t know how your individual chemistry works in conjunction with the artificial pheromones, then it will be fruitless.
Like any other potentially life-changing experience, you have to know yourself first. As GWTW said, know yourself and know the woman. Look back on your experiences, see what caused conflict or trouble. Reflect on how you’ve changed, and how she’s changed.
If neither of you have changed since, then the relationship is simply doomed to fail again. And, as mentioned before, pheromones cannot help you, no matter what, if that is the case.
