Hi, there! And Welcome to the forum! my experience with the CTTM mix is that is isn´t really effective unless I wear like 10 sprays… with 2-4 sprays, I also had the thought that it was very subtle, but with 10, people really start to open up.
A314 is my absolute favourite, and I would highly recommend it. Paired with CTTM you get combo that is not intimidating to those around you. A314 often needs to be softened with some of the social pheromones like CTTM, instant openness, instant honesty or instant shine.

How much CTTM are you using when you spray it on ? Where are you applying it ? What enviroment are you suing it in? Maybe I can help you get it working more strongly.
As for the other products you have mentioned.
If you looking for more of a alpha vibe or looking to up your status go with A314 but keep in mind this wont make people talk to you more it will make them treat you better.
I think ammo would be better for you. Its buffered by 2 other mones so it dosnt come on as strong.
I also suggest getting the socials like IO IH and Ishine. These work well with your race and culture. Especially since you mention the women are shy.
