I work with a vulnerable portion of the public as a caregiver. I can usually establish rapport and trust fairly quickly, because I genuinely care for these sad folks…but you always feel more confidant if you have an ace in the hole boosting not only your clients, but yourself as well.

I will be cautious with IO though. These are persons with possible bad thing going on in their minds so making them talk so sudden would confuse them and can be misinterpreted as something not cool.
I’ll have to stick with the IShine first before introducing the IO or other mones. Have them taste the happiness the IShine brings, and then one day, apply a combination of IShine and IOpenness.

Welcome to the site! Do you have any other goals besides working with people? I ask because I usually would suggest the Female Wardrobe so you get a complete kit to try and test and really see what pheromones can do. You get 2 pheromones for attraction IS/A and IS/B, and then 3 socials IO, IShine, and IH.
This way you can test everything and see what you like and what really works best for you.
IS/A and IS/B= Instant Sexiness A and B
IH=Instant Honesty
IShine=Instant Shine
I think the kit would be your best bet to get started. I agree with the IShine to start with because this will put your patients in a good mood and would start with this one. Then I would try the IShine with IO and then with IH to see what you think. The IH would also help with building trust with your clients and would be very useful.
I am also in AZ and as you know it can be very hot, and because of this the oils will also be very useful and may provide more consistent results and last longer. I would also look into IShine and the CTTM2 oil to and see what you think.
If I had to narrow it down as the best options for your goals I would say either the Female wardrobe or the IShine and CTTM2 oils.
