I am new to pherotalk and new to using pheromones. I recently bought a phero spray from a well known London sex shop - Harmony. I cant find the brand anywhere on the net, but it bascially contains adrostenone. I was wondering if androstenone effective on its own? Could you experienced users tell me more please. I appreciate your help guys.

It does have effects both positive and negative as a standalone and it will depend on the dosage, your susceptibility to it, your target group and more factors as I just named a few. im just using one at a time until i get a feel for the individual effects.
