As my handle suggests, I’m an engineer. I work in a high stress manufacturing environment on multi-million dollar process machinery. While I have a good rapport with the rest of the crew, being an engineer it’s more of an intimidation type instead of something more laid back, hence my new adventure into the world of 'mones. Having picked up A314, IShine, IO, and IH I think, based on my readings here (mostly from snook) that somewhere within those picks will be a mix that works well. I work mostly with females, though the other engineer and tech are males, so a more female-centric mix would be appropriate. So far this week I am using: 1-2drops A314 + 1-2 sprays IShine + 0-1 sprays of IH. How does this sound? I think I’ll try a certain mix for a week, and then decide what modifications to do for the next week’s try. I’ve only been wearing them since this Wednesday so it’s a little soon to draw any great cnclusions, but I’ll report back soon enough on what mix had what effect.
Any and all suggestions will be appreciated and thanked. Also, I got a sample of TUTH with my order if anyone thinks that might be good. I feel it might be too much but without any test data I can’t say for sure (yet!).

Welcome, Engineer! It looks like you already have a good idea of how you might use the products you have, ass what you suggested is the same as what I thinki I would have suggested. The A314 by itself might cause too much of an intimidation and respect factor, but the socials IS and IH will counter it. You’re right in thinking the TUTH might be a bit much, but after you get used to what you have, you might try one spray along with what you’re already wearing, just to see what happens.
So, how did you find out about -mones? And what exactly are you looking to get from using them? You mention that your job is high-stress and an intimidation type situation, so are you specifically just looking to make things a little more laid back and comfortable?

It sounds like you have a great spread of toys there. Welcome to the club!!
There are some threads in my signature block that talk about some of the great combinations you can do with these products. of course the best thing to do is to experiment with each one separately to find out what they do for you at whatever dose. Then once you sort that out start moving into the combos.
That being said my favorite work combo in A314 and IH. A314 helps provide the authority and IH helps them feel connected to you and helps keep the verbal communication going.

Your ideas sound great. I’d recommend keeping the happy social mones at work more so than anything else.
As mentioned before,(some)females sometimes get a little scared by manliness. Just be sure not to overpower your social mones with the A314. 
Thanks to all who chimed in and gave me suggestions and/or encouragement. This weeks mix is: 1 drop A314 + 1 sp IH + 1 sp IO + 1 sp IS. I feel that A314 plus my engineering personality demand extra socials on top (plus I’m German born, so add that all up and you get…eh??!)
My first impressions from last weeks start into all of this is the A314 is some fantastic stuff! Not sure if you all get the same phisiological effects as I do, but I certainly notice my mood, and especially my energy level are up when wearing it. Kinda like I drank a red bull or somethng like that. Is it always like that, or is that just my excitement/angst over what may happen? I will say this: I agree with another thread where the poster was saying how 'mones really up the “yackity yak” factor as a generality. Sure does!!
Will update in another week. Until then I’m considering adding IG to the mix; any thoughts on that?
So far, I like what I’m seeing/hearing/smelling! And, Vespero, you are correct. I’m looking to make those around me more at ease when we’re working together, that and I am anticipating an interview with a company I’ve been working on getting in to, and this might be the little extra push over the cliff to land the job…!
A314 can certainly do that. In general, many mone amp me up, lol. think about it. all the molecules going into your limbic system and causing neurotransmitters to fire all over cortices, haha. Therefore, I don’t drink caffeine during days I use mones.
Your body must be screaming for rest each time after mone usage. A314 is good for ladies your age. I get approached by ladies in their 30’s with it. Funny thing is I don’t even look that old. Most people think I look much younger than my REAL age.

From what I have read, IG and A314 are similar in reactions. A314 is the more serious, Alpha vibe of the two. IG is more of a ‘The Cool guy’ is here vibe.
