Hello everyone. I posted on the introductory forum a little while ago, but I’ll repeat a little bit of it: I’m Paisley’s younger sis, and she told me a little bit about pheromones when she ordered hers, but a day or two later she said she wasn’t having any results and just gave them to me. She gave me her Instant Shine double strength TO GO and Instant Honesty TO GO, both about half full, and I thought I’d give them a try.
I guess I should also mention that I, too, have a TargetGuy. He’s not like my sister’s, though - not only is he amazingly shy, he’s really moral too. He normally doesn’t talk that much, but he’s been talking to me a lot more recently. He’s also really sweet, and almost a foot taller than me… okay, he’s kind of like Paisley’s guy, after all.
Great minds think alike!
First day I used them, I was exhausted, and, yes, sick - no effects then. I used it again the next day, and again I felt more awake for about 20 minutes, but as soon as it went away I went into a very bad mood. About a week from that day, I was going out shopping with one of my cousins. Her father was at my house to say hello, and I’d been wearing IS and Instant Honesty together, about four sprays each, and he gave me $20 and said “She’ll probably be mad I didn’t give this to her, so don’t say anything.” The results seemed like they weren’t particularly noteworthy (aside from getting twenty bucks!), though, so I was about to give up on them. Until last night!
I was sitting around at home, and my TargetGuy asked if I wanted to go hang out with him and a couple of friends of ours. Since I have maybe 3 friends IRL that are girls, and all the rest are guys, TargetGuy’s car was going to be full of my guy friends, and I couldn’t turn it down. I sprayed IS twice in my hair, once to my face and neck, and once to my wrists. Instant Honesty to the hair twice also, then to my wrists and forearms.
I got in the car and sat next to one of my closest friends, whom I’ve known for about five years now (whereas I’ve known everyone else in the car for three-ish), let’s call him Punk (he’s pretty loud, devious and outgoing
). Soon as I sit next to him, he gives me a hug and puts his head on my shoulder. Nothing out of the norm. We drive around and eventually get out and wander around a mall. I develop a small headache while in the mall, so when we get back in the car, I try to nap on our way home. His head is on my shoulder again, for prettymuch the whole ride.
We get home and TargetGuy puts in a movie (Pulp Fiction!). Punk sits on the couch to my left, and Target to my right, and the other two friends on Target’s other side. All is normal, we’re all sitting up and watching the movie, and Punk turns toward me and leans on me as he had in the car. At some point, he grabs my left hand, and holds it for about half the movie before grabbing the other one too. I thought it was strange at the time for him to be so affectionate and cuddly, so I made a mental note of this. At some point during the movie, Target and the friend seated next to him are talking about something, and randomly Target turns to me and asks, “How old are you?” I tell him. He responds - brace yourselves for this one, guys - “We could have consensual sex, then.”
…WHAT?! O_O
I just kind of look at him, and raise a brow. Being friends with mostly men you get used to sexual innuendo, but this is completely unexpected coming from Target, who is the shyest person I think I’ve ever known, as well as very moral. He continues, “If I were nineteen, your parents could get mad at me and sue me and I’d be tried as a sex offender. But if we were to have sex consensually now it would be legal.”
…okay then. I go back to watching the movie, relatively confused as to why he said that - or what in the world he was talking to the person on the other side of him that could have led to that - but I chalk it up to the fact that he’s prone to giving out random facts. At the time I forgot about the pheromones. About halfway through the movie, Punk leans in front of me and says to Target, “Hey, how do you think she would look in shiny golden armor?” …random, I know. I was just as confused.
Target looks at me and says, “Good, I think.”
Punk says, “Like Princess Leia?” There’s a pause before he says, “Hey, I didn’t specify how many pieces of armor.”
I just kind of laugh it off and go back to watching the movie. A lot of girls might be offended by these random remarks, but I more or less just took them as they came; being the only girl in your circle of friends (none of which have girlfriends) will usually lead to an unsavory remark or two, but Punk and Target meant no harm by it, I assure you.
Target drops everybody off at their houses when the movie is over and drives me home. (Edit: I was reflecting on last night after writing this post, and I remember that upon dropping off Punk, I requested a goodbye hug, and he picked me up, which he has never done.) I use another spray of Instant Honesty on my left wrist, which is closer to him, and he launches into a conversation about how he wants to raise his kids to be respectful and tells me how he was raised. We hug each other once he pulls into my driveway, say goodbye, and that’s that. Here I am, the next morning, relaying to you the stranger events of the night.
Here are my thoughts:
Whatever it was, I was definitely not expecting that degree of ‘honesty’ when I applied it (I don’t say this negatively, I’m just very surprised at the things that seemed to come out over the course of the night). Good lord, these things pack a punch!
It’s a shame my sister didn’t seem to be affected by these, but I can say you guys have made a believer out of me. And my next paycheck is going to pheromones. You’ll be seeing a lot more of me around here, ladies!
I’m picking up a bottle of TAH and MX135 as we speak.
